Abstract
The design and geometry of the bottoms for pet plastic bottles by blow moulding (3 litre Propeller Performance Bottoms), increases the use of recycled material and reduces the amount of raw material (pet plastic) currently used in the bottles of the industry of carbonated beverages and water upon achieving a better distribution of the material at the bottom of the bottle, thus maintaining an optimum mechanical resistance for normal use within the market. The bottoms for pet plastic bottles by blow moulding (3 litre propeller Performance Bottoms) may maintain their benefits and efficiency upon being applied in any type of bottle design, obtaining satisfactory results.
