Abstract
Sistema y método para detectar piezas metálicas inchancables ocultas dentro de una carga de mineral (3) directamente en un medio de transporte (4) hacia un chancador primario, que comprende: un escáner de radar posicionable (E) que comprende al menos un dispositivo de antenas (1) emisoras/receptoras de ondas electromagnéticas; un pórtico (2) a través del cual pasa el medio de transporte (4); un generador/analizador espectral en conexión con los dispositivos de antenas (1), que genera las ondas electromagnéticas y analiza los ecos de las ondas electromagnéticas que interactúan con la carga mineral (3); y un dispositivo computacional que comprende un medio de procesamiento digital de señales en conexión con dicho generador/analizador espectral.
