Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un novedoso sistema para protección anticorrosiva para tuberías metálicas de conducción y/o cimentación a base de polietileno de alta densidad. Se caracteriza porque está compuesto de: Primer Capa: Primario anticorrosivo hidrofóbico, a base de petrolato, talco, agente dispersante y biocida. Segunda Capa: Cinta anticorrosiva consistente en un sustrato de tela no tejida fabricada a base de poliéster, saturada con el primario anticorrosivo de la primera capa. Tercer Capa: Película fabricada a base de polietileno de baja densidad lineal. Cuarta Capa: Cubierta de protección mecánica formada por una membrana fabricada de polietileno de alta densidad. Mecanismo de Fijación: Cinchos de seguridad fabricados en material inoxidable (Aluminio 5052, Acero Inoxidable 316, Nylon 6.6, Nylon 11 o Acetal) con hebillas de presión. La aplicación del sistema de protección anticorrosiva es in situ, y al funcionar como un mantenimiento preventivo, permite que se alargue la vida útil de las tuberías metálicas protegidas.
