Abstract
Se describen en la presente métodos para remediar y/o evitar la deposición polimérica sobre superficies, en particular sobre superficies de maquinaria de perforación y formaciones terrestres en la industria petrolera. Las modalidades descritas en la presente se refieren a un método para remediar la deposición de xantano, incluyendo el método las etapas de poner en contacto la deposición de xantano, incluyendo xantano en complejo con iones metálicos polivalente, con un fluido correctivo que contiene al menos un agente quelante; y permitir que el fluido disuelva la deposición de xantano. También se describe un método para evitar la deposición polimérica, que incluye emplazar un fluido de perforación que incluye un polímero reticulable y al menos un agente quelante en un sondeo; en donde el al menos un agente quelante forma un complejo con iones metálicos polivalentes presentes en el sondeo. También se describe un fluido de perforación mejorado que incluye un fluido base; un polímero que comprende grupos químicos reactivos a los iones metálicos polivalentes encontrados en el fondo del pozo; y al menos un agente quelante; en donde el al menos un agente quelante forma complejo con los iones metálicos polivalentes en el fondo del pozo.
