Abstract

Un método para determinar anisotropía resistiva de formaciones rocosas subsuperficiales para mediciones de respuesta a un campo electromagnético transitorio impartido en la subsuperficie y que se mide a una pluralidad de distancias desde una posición de la impartición que incluye para cada desplazamiento, una respuesta en escalón de las formaciones que se determina en un momento desde la impartición seleccionada de manera que la respuesta en escalón se relacione sustancialmente sólo con la resistividad horizontal y en el momento desde la impartición seleccionada de manera que la respuesta en escalón se relacione sustancialmente sólo con la resistividad media.
