Abstract
The present invention is intended to protect the heel of a user, providing a safety and comfort sensation. The heel support chassis is located innerly between the sole and the shoe pad. The upper portion of the chassis will allow the air valve of the sole and the height of the pad to be perfectly assembled. The present invention: 1. Provides safety and stability to the user. 2. Provides comfort to the users heel. 3. Facilitates the access of the gel valve support included in the shoe sole. The support chassis is made of an elastomer for creating support and stability in the footwear, thus providing safety to the users due to the elements thereof; a support chassis is located at the heel portion which is perfectly fit over the sole, enabling the access of the gel valve thereof. The adherence of the sole is improved by channels designed over the lower horizontal portion of the support chassis in the heel portion; while the chassis height allows the calf to be fastened to said chassis.
Description
CHASSIS OF SUPPORT IN HEEL FOR SAFETY SHOES
INDUSTRIAL.
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION.
The present invention relates to the field of industrial footwear and particularly to a support that will be fastened on the inside with the sole of the shoe.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION.
The invention that is proposed will be designed to protect the heel of the user's foot, providing a sense of comfort and safety. The heel support chassis will be placed internally between the sole and the insole of the footwear. To achieve this, the central part of the chassis will allow the perfect assembly of the air valve of the sole and the height of the shoe insole.
BACKGROUND.
There is an invention that relates to footwear in general, and in particular to a heel spring and foot stabilization device, for an athletic shoe.
The device comprises a thin, heel-sized plate formed of a rigid but flexible elastically flexible interlayer composite of thermoplastic resin and glass fiber and carbon fabric which is encapsulated within the heel portion of the midsole of the midsole. an athletic shoe. The plate has a pair of side edges stiffened upwards, some front and rear ends, and an integral spring member extended rearwards, inclined upwards and acting vertically, attached thereto. The spring is defined on the plate by a pair of open slots extended forwardly inside the plate, from its rear end. The spring member is arranged to be under the calcaneus of the user's foot, and the midsole of the shoe is recessed in an area under the spring member, to allow it to bend down freely in response to the imparted forces
to the heel. A stopper or "shock absorber" may be molded into the outer sole of the shoe, to limit the maximum deflection downwardly of the spring member.
TECHNICAL PROBLEM TO BE RESOLVED.
The footwear has the mission to protect the foot against irregularities of the ground, blows, dirt, humidity and cold. Currently within the industrial activities, users are in need of using footwear that has advantages according to the tasks they perform and specifically with accessories capable of providing safety, avoiding risks to displacement or movements when there is contact with undulating floors or they are performing risky tasks. The invention presented:
1. It generates security and stability at the user's feet.
2. Provides a comfort sensation in the user's heel.
3. Allows passage to the support of the gel valve included in the shoe sole.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is made of elastomer to create support and stability in the footwear, creating security in the users thanks to its elements; This consists of a support chassis in heel that fits perfectly on the sole allowing access to the gel valve that it has. To facilitate its adherence to the sole, channels have been designed on the horizontal lower part of the support frame on the heel counter; while the height of the chassis allows the template to be subject to it.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION.
The characteristics of this invention are disclosed in the following description and in the accompanying drawings, indicating each of the parts that comprise it.
Figure 1 shows a top view of the invention, considering that the design fits perfectly in the shoe sole.
Figure 2 shows a side view of the invention, where the height of the supporting frame is shown on the heel counter, which guarantees its adherence to the insole of the footwear.
Figure 3 shows a bottom view of the invention, where the channels that facilitate its adherence to the shoe sole are shown.
The design that has the heel chassis to fit on the sole is an essential part of comfort and safety in the activities of the worker.
The invention is made of elastomer, this material is very soft and provides a feeling of comfort. The support frame on the heel counter is formed by 3 fundamental elements.
The measures of the supporting frame in heel counter are: Length of 81 mm and width 74 mm. The 1st element is located in the center of the chassis and consists of a hole in the shape of the oval of the gel valve that has the sole (length of 25 mm and width of 12 mm). Figures 1 and 3 (No. 1)
The 2nd element is the height of the chassis (5mm) which guarantees the fixation with the shoe insole. Figure 2 (No. 2).
The 3rd element consists of the 9 channels that are in the upper part of the chassis (2 mm each) to ensure its adherence to the sole. Figure 3 (No. 1).
