INDUSTRIAL.
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to the field of footwear and particularly to a stabilizer insole for industrial safety shoe that is adhered on the inside with the sole.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION.
The invention that is plated will be designed to protect the sole of the foot of the user against risks of displacement or movements in industrial activities and specifically when there is contact with undulating floors or performing risky tasks. The stabilizer so that it fulfills its function will be placed internally between two points, one of them is the flexion channel and the other the heel, the stabilizer is positioned on the base of the polyurethane sole and will be adhered when the polyurethane that compose the sole is injected. The side that is designed in the form of an inverted "U" is located at the base of the heel and the straight end fits over the bending channel of the sole. Its designs in the shape of an arc and straight, in addition to the six holes, facilitate its anchoring, providing support and security, consolidating the user's footprint.
BACKGROUND.
There is a patent (EP-A-471 447) that is related to our invention, however, it specifies its design towards a sole. Our stabilizer insole is not a sole, it is a support that is stuck on the inside with the polyurethane sole.
The antecedent indicates that it is a sole of footwear provided with a support structure. The present invention relates to a footwear sole provided with an insert for varying its resistance and its response to stresses and mechanical stresses.
At present, shoe soles are known, particularly for sports shoes, which have inserts of different stiffness, usually made of plastic materials or elastomers, to vary the properties of the sole relating to elasticity, resistance to compression and wear.
torsion, etc.
In particular, such inserts are generally disposed in the heel of the footwear, which is of paramount importance to determine the behavior of the footwear during its use. However, said type of shoe provided with inserts can not counteract the twisting around the longitudinal axis of the shoe and, therefore, in certain cases can not prevent the foot twists. Furthermore, said inserts can not prevent the collapse of the sole, in particular the underside of the instep of the foot, nor can they provide the resistance to the stresses and mechanical stresses that are required according to the use for which the footwear is designed and for which it has been designed. EP-A-471 447 discloses a molded shoe sole having the characteristics provided in the pre-characterizing part of claim 1.
1. Footwear sole formed by molding an elastomeric material and provided with an insert made of a material having a different consistency and stiffness, said insert comprising a substantially X-shaped frame (5) which is embedded in the sole (2) transversely with respect to the longitudinal axis of the shoe, characterized in that said insert is arranged in the area under the instep of the foot, the branched parts (8, 9) forming said X-shaped frame having their ends (7). ) on either side of the sole joined together by means of U-shaped parts (10, 11) formed integrally.
An object of the present invention is to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art set forth above. To achieve this objective, the invention provides a shoe sole made by molding an elastomer-like material and provided with an insert made of a material that
presents a different consistency and stiffness, wherein said insert comprises a substantially X-shaped frame that is embedded in the sole transverse to the longitudinal axis of the shoe in an area below the instep of the foot, the branched portions forming said X-shaped frame having ends on either side of the footwear and said ends being on each side of the shoe joined together by means of integrally formed inverted U-shaped parts.
TECHNICAL PROBLEM TO BE RESOLVED.
The footwear has the mission to protect the foot against irregularities of the ground, blows, dirt, humidity and cold. Currently within the industrial activities, users are in need of using footwear that has advantages according to the tasks they perform and specifically with accessories capable of providing safety, avoiding risks to displacement or movements when there is contact with undulating floors or they are performing risky tasks. The invention presented:
1. It generates security and stability at the user's feet.
2. It provides balance in the displacement of the user.
3. Avoid twisting and twisting when doing work activities on undulating surfaces and when performing risky tasks.
4. Provides support and prevents deformation of the polyurethane sole.
5. It consolidates the user's footprint, preventing deformation when performing it.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is made of a virgin nylon plastic, it has been designed with a high arc relief, it has five elements, one of them in the shape of an arch, the high relief, another with an "U" design inverse, the fourth It has been
designed in a straight way so that it can be attached to one end of the sole of the shoe and the fifth serves as the base of the relief, of which it is designed in the form of an arch and the side in a straight line. The straight part has two corners which are designed in round shape and the tips of the "U" inverse have been built in the form of a point. It has 6 holes which will serve so that when the stabilizer adheres to the sole of the footwear, the polyurethane penetrates each one of them and generates a better anchoring.
