Abstract
The invention relates to a hygienic urinal intended for use by people on farms, at large events and, in particular, at the top, or between the floors of a structure under construction. For this purpose, the invention comprises a portable urinal with a wash-hand basin, formed by a hollow prism having a rectangular base and a U-shaped concave urinal projecting out from the front surface thereof. The upper part of the rear face of the concave urinal is communicated with an upper oval wash-hand basin by means of multiple holes, thereby enabling a curtain of water to flow into the prism through small lower holes. The upper inner part of the prism is provided with a drinking water tank which is connected via a hose to a foot pump located in a cavity at the bottom right corner, such that, when necessary, the user can use the foot pump to activate the discharge of water through a curved faucet above the wash-hand basin. Subsequently, a curtain of water flows through multiple perforations provided in the upper part of the concave urinal and on into the prism. In this way, the prism is filled and once it has been totally or partially filled the contents are emptied through a ball cock located on the lower rear part of the prism or are drawn through a trap door or side cover. The base of the urinal is fitted with four wheels so that it can be easily moved. In addition, two side screens and a rear screen can be fitted on the upper periphery of the prism to ensure privacy. Furthermore, the invention includes an optional removable roof which can be mounted on the screens.
Description
PORTABLE URINAL THAT COMPRISES A HOLLOW BASE PRISM
RECTANGULAR ON WHICH FRONATL SURFACE IS PLACED A CONCAVITY OF OUTSTANDING EDGE IN U THAT MAKES TIMES OF URINARY WHOSE BACKGROUND IS COMMUNICATED TO A SUPERIOR OVAL WASHER AND TOWARD THE PRISM THROUGH A LOWER HOLE
DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY
The present invention refers to portable systems that facilitate sanitary toilets of people, in temporary facilities, such as concerts, fairs, construction works, installation of work, or any other temporary event.
At present, the most well-known portable sanitation systems are the chemical toilets, which are formed by a cubicle provided mainly inside, with a WC and sink, and in some cases with more equipment, however, given its large size and little flexibility in transport, its use in buildings is restricted to the first level or top floor of the work, forcing the workers of the intermediate floors, to have to go up or down to occupy them. The portable urinal with upper sink, is constructed with materials similar to those used in chemical baths, preferably, high density polyethylene, plastic reinforced with fiberglass or other alternative materials. It has its four lower wheels and because it is smaller than chemical toilets, it can be transported through the stairwell, by the people's elevator or by a forklift attached to the edge of the building, allowing its use in the intermediate floors. This fact allows to conserve hygiene in these workplaces and improves the productivity of workers in an estimated one man-hour per day, by saving their access times to chemical toilets.
In mass events, the use of portable urinals can facilitate the hygiene of men more quickly, avoiding, atochamientos or long waits for users.
In work areas, especially agricultural and construction sites, according to Supreme Decree N ° 594, article 23, toilet services for men can be replaced by up to 50% of toilets for individual urinals, in such a way that , that the use of portable urinals, because they are smaller than chemical toilets, can maximize the surface performance in sanitary facilities of a specific workplace.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
To better understand the characteristics of the portable urinal with top sink, it will be described in accordance with the attached drawings, without limiting the model and which form an integral part of the application.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the portable urinal with top sink.
Fig. 2 is the lateral elevation of the portable urinal with upper sink.
Fig. 3 is the front elevation of the portable urinal with top sink.
Fig. 4 is the rear elevation of the portable urinal with upper sink.
Fig. 5 is the upper floor of the portable urinal with upper sink.
Fig. 6 is a schematic longitudinal section, of the internal operation of the portable urinal with upper sink.
Fig. 7 is a perspective view of the portable urinal with the short side and rear views.
Fig. 8 is a perspective of the portable urinal with the short views and an optional roof.
The portable urinal with upper washbasin is formed by a hollow prism with a rectangular base (1), on the front surface of which is a concavity (2) with an "U" protruding edge, which acts as "Urinal", whose rear face , in the upper part, it is communicated to an oval upper sink (3), through several holes, allowing the drainage of the water in the form of a curtain and towards the interior of the prism, through small lower holes (4). These elements: prism, concavity that acts as a urinal and upper sink, are formed, shaped or built within the same matrix or by alternative production systems, separately and adhered and assembled later, in a convenient way. In the upper rear part, the prism has a pond (5) of drinking water, which is a hollow parallelepiped that is inserted into the upper surface of the prism and supported by a low relief of it. It has a rectangular lid, the same material as the prism, which covers the pond, in order to protect its content of impurities from the environment. The lid is provided with hinges and latch. The water (6) contained in the tank is interconnected through a hose (7), to a foot pump, commonly used in the market, (8) located in a hole (9) of the lower right vertex in such a way , when the user wishes, with the foot (10) pumps to activate the water outlet through a curved "peak" (1 1), on the upper sink (3) and then the water drains in the form of curtain, through several perforations (12) located in the upper part of the concavity of the Urinal and from there to the interior of the prism. The hoses used are common, of the garden type or similar and that are clamped by means of clamps to plastic terminals inserted in the bottom of the pond and to the "peak" of the sink. These hoses are located inside a plastic duct, which crosses the water served, which is left inserted at the time of construction of the prism. Although the water served does not contain solids, the use of properly flavored chemical products is foreseen to neutralize odors. The prism is thus filled with water (13) inside it and once full, partially or fully, the accumulated, is emptied through a common ball valve (14) located in a cavity located in the lower back of the prism and protected by a small rectangular lid, constructed with materials similar to those of the prism. Its fixation is with hinges and latch or lock. Alternatively, the emptying can be carried out, sucking its contents by means of a hose, which is introduced through a lateral trap door or lid (1). This rectangular shaped lid is constructed with the same materials as the prism and is fixed by hinges and latches. In turn, the drinking water tank (6) can be placed at a higher height and urinate the water through the pressure of gravity. And so that the urinal has an easy displacement, its base sits on four wheels (16). To grant privacy to the user, the urinal has two lateral views (17) and a posterior one (18), which fit on an upper perimeter recess (19) of the prism (1). Additionally, it has an optional removable roof (20), placed on the short-views (17) (18).
