Abstract

Se describe un m?todo para incrementar la resistencia a la fractura de una formaci?n de baja permeabilidad que incluye emplazar un fluido de perforaci?n en un barreno a trav?s de la formaci?n de baja permeabilidad, el fluido de perforaci?n comprende: un fluido portador fraguable; y un material de puenteo en part?culas s?lidas; incrementar la presi?n en el barreno de tal manera que se forman fracturas en la formaci?n; permitir que el fluido portador fraguable entre a las fracturas; puentear y sellar las bocas de las fracturas para formar un puente sustancialmente impermeable pr?ximo a las bocas de las fracturas, reforzando mediante esto la formaci?n y mantener la presi?n incrementada por una cantidad de tiempo suficiente para el fraguado del fluido portador en las fracturas.
