Abstract
The present invention includes two novel mutually interrelated concepts, Botanical Cemetery and Ecological Interment. The Botanical Cemetery is defined as the land surface with forest vegetation whereof already exists or may be created useful as a protected ecological reserve, the trees thereof being destined to be hosts to the process of Ecological Interment. Ecological Interment is the process of interment of the lifeless body of a person at the foot of a tree within a biodegradable coffin such that through the natural process of biodegradation the remains are reincorporated into nature, conferring a new meaning on life and generating greater social awareness for the care of the environment under an economically sustainable model.

BOTANICAL PANTHEON
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
From always the human beings at the end of our life, we are faced with a situation for which we are hardly prepared but it is inescapable, the fact of living implies the fact of dying. And making the decision to establish the destiny that we will give to our body is inevitable, or we do it ourselves or someone else does it for us.
Traditionally disposing of our mortal remains is equivalent to storing them for final rest. Using methods such as burial in a cemetery or cremation. The first method is the burial that consists in burying the corpse inside a coffin under the ground, in the grave of a cemetery or inside the wall of a crypt, where it is known that the corpse slowly disintegrates by natural biological processes, and that the processes are modified in conditions of isolation, and with the passage of time depends on the type of treatment applied to the corpse for conservation, it will disintegrate gradually. Until the body turns to dust sooner or later, and the dust reintegrates to the ground or earth.
The second method is cremation, a rapid disintegration process, which involves incinerating the corpse in a high temperature oven, and when burned is reduced to ashes in a few minutes, the ashes can be stored inside a small container, in a crypt or niche.
The process of cadaveric degradation or natural biodegradation is widely described by the medical and biological sciences, and broadly schematized in basic education books with the life cycle of animals in wildlife that are part of the food chain in their environment, and die your body and tissues are degraded by various physical, chemical and biological processes to transform into organic matter formed by nitrogen, carbon, water and mineral salts and other elements, which will be used by plants and microorganisms recycling them into other life forms, such as Trees
Human beings live in a process of constant evolution where we have the right and obligation to seek and choose new alternatives of life, giving a new meaning even to death by changing the final destination of our remains, thinking about the natural transition of our body.
Below I describe the new process to offer a different meaning and destiny of our life, through the ecological burial of our body. Considering that the handling and storage of our corpse is decided by cultural, ethical, religious and philosophical aspects. This proposal offers to be very compatible with the current reality, taking into account the mentioned aspects and proposes an evolution of our way of thinking in favor of the protection of natural resources and the environment. What offers a new meaning to the transcendence of our life and will generate multiple benefits of social, economic and environmental impact to create new areas of ecological and forest reserves, or protect existing areas by guaranteeing their protection and care for the benefit of the environment and generating resources in a sustainable model.
The description includes three new concepts that are; the ecological burial, the host tree of the body and the new concept of the Botanical Pantheon, which is the geographical area destined for ecological burial.
The process of ecological burial, aims to allow the body and lifeless, and all its constituent elements to be disintegrated naturally, are recycled into other forms of life, as is the life of trees and plants.
Figure 1 includes a schematic drawing of the model of ecological burial illustrated. It is excavated under a host tree (1) and as close as possible to the root to open the pit (2) of at least two meters deep where the corpse (3) will be deposited inside a biodegradable coffin (4), preferably without artificial preservation treatments. After introducing the coffin, the pit is closed, filling the hole in the ground with the previously removed earth. This will be said body buried at the foot of a host tree below the surface of the ground, so that the body remains
protected from external contact, without exposure to the surface and close to the root of the previously selected host tree. As outlined in figure 1.
The host tree intended for this form of burial can be of any native or exotic species according to the location, geographical area and climate. Likewise, tree species that are in danger of extinction can be included.
The host tree, once used for this purpose, can receive the name and / or surname of the deceased as a symbol of this encounter with nature and will be registered and identified with signs and permanent marks that are not invasive or harmful to its bark, including photographic images. and / or video, to be easily recognized by any visitor to the site.
The Botanical Pantheon is the name by which the geographically delimited area or land will be recognized as a reforestation and / or ecological conservation area that has the characteristic of owning trees of any species, which in turn will be specially destined to comply with the function of ecological burial. Whose land will be divided into lots according to the size assigned to tombs, that people can acquire by choosing the space next to the tree of their preference, in such a way that the Botanical Pantheon will have files and records of individual property, a map of the site and a inventory of existing trees in the including spaces to be allocated to new trees that are sown.
The host tree will be given the name of the person buried, as well as the signs and markings that allow the tree to be recognized by archiving the image
photographic and / or video thereof.
With ecological burial we will participate in this biological cycle with our body in contact with nature, changing the meaning of being at the end of our life, allowing the elements that make up our body to be transformed and useful for other forms of life, benefiting our environment and a legacy to nature for future generations.
Thus the corpse enters naturally through biological transformation and degradation to recycle and integrate its organic elements as nutrients for the life of a tree, the host tree.
This new process of ecological burial offers several benefits such as:
1. Offer people a novel option to decide the final destination of their body, returning to nature, what it took from it.
2. Evolve in the human life cycle with another interpretation of
our existence
3. This process of biological degradation and organic reincorporation to the environment is completely natural, carried out in an ecological site destined and protected for this purpose.
4. The products resulting from biodegradation, when transformed into new organic material and pass naturally to nourish other forms of life, help to preserve the ecosystem and its different living beings, such as plants and others, participating in a new Lifestyle.
5. This method of ecological burial becomes a natural recycling process, raising the level of ecological awareness to a higher level, greater human responsibility and the consequences of its activities in the environment for the benefit of all.
6. Avoid the use and production of environmental contaminants, such as
burning of fuels and smoke generated by cremation, or the use of non-biodegradable materials in coffins.

For all the above, it can be said that the characteristics and benefits of the new model of ecological burial in protected areas as an ecological reserve, under the concept called Botanical Pantheon, has not been used by any other similar process and has the characteristics to be considered a new concept that will change the current paradigms of human behavior and consciousness with the care of the environment, with immediate impact on the environment and the ecological awareness of the activities that the human being can perform for the benefit of the environment.

1. The concept of Botanical Pantheon, defined as a new zone or territory of ecological and forest reserve, destined to the Ecological Burial of human remains to reintegrate them directly into nature.
2. The process and concept of Ecological Burial that consists of depositing the body of the people at the end of life, inside a biodegradable coffin directly at the foot of a tree that will be selected within the terrain called Botanical Pantheon.
3. The symbolic and representative aspect of the host tree mentioned in the previous paragraph that will be in turn signaled by durable means and indelible marks, including the taking and filing of photographic and / or video images, so that this tree is identified as the place in where the burial of the person's body was performed. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION This invention makes reference to the new concept called Botanical Pantheon destined to the Ecological Inhumation.
