Se proporciona un transmisor de emisión digital para transmitir una pluralidad de flujos de datos suplementarios, incluyendo una unidad de multiplexor (MUX) la cual genera un flujo de transmisión insertando la pluralidad de flujos de datos suplementarios en un flujo de datos normal continuamente en un patrón alternante, y una unidad de excitador la cual procesa un flujo de transmisión de modo tal que la pluralidad de flujos de datos suplementarios sean dispuestos de manera distinta en una pluralidad de áreas que constituyen por lo menos una unidad de transmisión. Por lo tanto, la pluralidad de flujos de datos suplementarios puede ser transferida con mayor eficiencia y con mayor estabilidad.
