Abstract

The present invention relates to an improved tool for knocking down walls, doors and the like, which acts rapidly, silently, safely, effectively and manually. The object of the present invention is to provide a type of tool for knocking down walls, doors and the like that is totally different from those currently in existence on the market. By virtue of this strategically detailed innovation it is possible to have available a single tool for this type of activity, the main feature of which is that said tool combines advantages that a number of types of tools for knocking down walls, doors and the like do not have and that the typical, conventional tools need no longer be used, for example hammers, metal bars, bolt cutters, etc., which can operate only in a limited number of scenarios. For this reason, said tool was created for knocking down walls, doors and the like, and combines the operational features required by any type of operation and recovery, this being a tool capable of perf orming multiple functions, all being included in a single tool for knocking down walls, doors and the like. This is a tool of the most advanced technology in terms of operating efficiency and recovery, and can be used manually, fulfilling a number of functions, namely knocking down, hauling and piercing concrete, wood and wrought ironwork. This is a tool that is safe to use, silent and capable of fulfilling its function successfully in fractions of a second.

Description

TOOLS TO DOWNWARD WALLS, DOORS AND SIMILAR TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to the technical field of mechanics, because it provides a tool for tearing down walls, doors and the like.
BACKGROUND Currently there are tools to demolish walls, doors and similar in several presentations, in general we could describe them as manuals, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and explosive, composed of a large number of parts or components, even difficult to get in some countries by the high costs of raw material that is also being increased by the labor required for the assembly of so many pieces or parts that some tools of this type, would use for their optimal operation. _ In order to eliminate these and other drawbacks, the development of the present tool to tear down walls, doors and the like that is intended to be protected by means of the present application was considered.
Well it is a tool that is integrated by attachments that work more efficiently even better than most of the current tools increasing the effectiveness in the different scenarios, and minimizing the risks to which the operator (s) would be exposed, discarding the dangerous use of detonators, flammable components, explosives, as well as the purchase of expensive hydraulic systems, on the other hand this tool to tear down walls, doors and similar advantages by far to all current hand tools.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The characteristic details of the present tool for tearing down walls, doors and the like, are clearly shown in the following description and in the accompanying figures, which are mentioned by way of example, and should not be considered as a limitation for the present invention.
Brief description of the figures: Figure 1 is a side view of the tool for tearing down walls, doors and the like, of the present invention.
Figure 2 is a perspective view of a detailed approach of the rear end of the tool for tearing down walls, doors and the like in question.
Figure 3 is a conventional perspective view of the tool for knocking down doors, walls and the like in question. Where you can see details of its tetrahedral pyramidal tip Figure 4 is a top view of the tool for tearing down walls, doors and the like of the present invention.
Figure 5 is an explosive perspective view of the tool for tearing down walls, doors and the like in question: With reference to said figures this tool for tearing down walls, doors and the like is constituted by a hollow tubular body, open at one of its ends (2), which on one of its sides at the open end (2) has an internal thread ( 2A) to connect a tetrahedral pyramidal tip (1), by means of its lower external thread (IA) in said connection a casing (6) is provided, preferably in pyramidal form, which will carry a small perforation in its wide part ( 6A), same perforation serves to introduce the hook thus preventing it from falling during its transportation, where the narrow part is projected towards the tubular body (2) and the wide part is projected towards the tetrahedral pyramidal tip (1) where it is it provides a cover (7) with a central perforation (7A), through which the tetrahedral pyramidal tip (1) passes.
The casing (6), is formed of other 3 similar pieces, casing (5A, 5B, 5C), the location of the casing (6) will be the upper part and will be provided with a small hole (6A) that is indispensable to be able to introducing the tip of the hook into the interior of the casing thus achieving absolute control and the certainty that the hook (10) can fall during the handling and transfer of this novel tool to knock down walls, doors and the like, will be the upper part facing the handle (4A), because this strategic location is essential for the securing and transportation of the hook (10), Inside the casing, at least one strut (14A, 14B, 14C, 14D) is provided for each corner of the lid (7) which are joined in the central tube by means of one of its ends, being projected toward the tip, with an inclination of 90 ° with respect to the tubular body, where said opposite end is fixed in the lid (7) to prevent the lid from bending or deforming with the impact.
The number of braces (14A, 14B, 14C, 14D), will be 4, one brace per side as previously mentioned.
At the closed end of the tubular body, anchoring means are provided which are protected by reinforcements (12A, 12B) to prevent them from being detached as a result of an impact.
Along the tubular body (2), grip handles for impact (4A, 4B) are strategically and externally distributed which are placed externally and at the ends of said tubular body where the handle (4B) is inclined at an angle of 45 ° towards the back; while the front handle (4A) is in a perpendicular position, with respect to said tubular body.
At least 2 pairs of side handles (1 1A, 11 B, 1 1 C, 1 1 D) are also provided, with an upper tilt angle of 30 °.
These handles are placed in the following way: A front pair (1 1 A, 1 1 B), located opposite each other, in the same way as the pair of rear handles (1 C, 1 D), it should also be noted that these handles are oriented longitudinally.
Additional handles are also provided (3A, 3B, 3C, 3D, 3E, 3F), which are smaller with respect to the rear handles that serve to fasten the tool to knock down walls, doors and the like to a means of transport.
At the closed end of the tubular body where anchoring means (13) are provided, reinforcement brackets (12A, 12B) have been strategically placed in the central structure of this anchoring system (9).
Same as for their strategically placed distribution, avoid that as a result of an impact, the anchoring system can be detached or damaged.
This anchoring system (8A, 8B), has as its main function the ability to maneuver this tool to knock down doors and similar walls in a reduced space, since complies with the function of adapting the chain (9) to the size that best suits the space that is available for maneuvering, this is possible by engaging in the anchoring system (8A, 8B) any of the 51 links of which the chain (9), thus adapting this tool to tear down walls, doors and similar to any scenario.
The anchoring system (13A, 13B), is provided with a chain (9) fully sealed in each of the 51 links that comprise it, thus avoiding the possibility that they could be disconnected. And on the back side of the chain is provided with a hook (10) strategically designed so that it can be manipulated and placed on the target to be knocked down, removed, pulled without the need to use any other type of tool to introduce it.
For all the above, it can be said that the characteristic functions of this tool to tear down walls, doors and similar, have not been achieved by another existing tool in the market.
The efficiency in the work of this tool to tear down walls, doors and similar resides in that, it is manual, it is possible to manipulate between 1, 2 or 4 people at the same time managing to increase more force on the objective to demolish.
