Abstract

Un módulo fotovoltaico (1) que comprende una pluralidad de celdas fotovoltaicas (100), que están interconectadas eléctricamente para definir una superficie foto-activa (2); las celdas fotovoltaicas (100) están encerradas entre una capa de cubierta frontal (3a) y una capa de cubierta posterior (3b) las cuales son eléctricamente aislantes, la capa de cubierta frontal (3a) está cubierta frontalmente por un elemento de cubierta frontal (4) que tiene una función de protección mecánica para las celdas fotovoltaicas (100); la capa de cubierta posterior (3b) está soportada posteriormente por un elemento de soporte, el elemento de soporte es una losa de cerámica que tiene un grosor limitado.
