Described is a novel electronic system, which is operated by using several elements amongst which are the following: a microcontroller, a software, a memory, a database, independent assigned codes, atypical movement sensors, impact sensors, cable-received data reading process, mercury sensors, electric switch sensors, supplying and power sources, protection shipping, open and close circuits, manual and remote activation keys, GPS, radiofrequency and ultrasonic emission circuits, reception and transmission antennas, external installation microcontrollers programmed with the same software, and which are installed in mobile phones, fixed telephones, circuit boards installed in different buildings and transport means. The invention is intended to facilitate the exact location of different transport means, people and buildings so as to provide help in a quick, accurate and effective manner for saving lives and saving resources and time.
