Abstract

The invention concerns a bottle including a neck (2) equipped with a stopper (4), characterised in that the bottle includes a top (8), fixed onto the bottle at the level of the neck (3), the top (8) defining, with the neck (3) a volume intended to house an object.

Description

BOTTLE INCLUDING A NECK EQUIPPED WITH A PLUG The invention relates to a bottle that includes a neck equipped with a stopper. Bottles of this type currently have plugs made of cork, synthetic material or metal that are attached to the neck in order to keep the products in good condition and to hermetically seal the bottle. During promotional activities, manufacturers sometimes decide to insert discount coupons or free gifts into the cap by themselves or in a plastic cover. However, these devices are incapable of containing a capsule, a wrapper or a bag containing an object, in particular a free gift, the dimensions of which are independent of the size of the bottle. In addition, such devices continue to be difficult to mass produce industrially. For this purpose, the invention relates to a bottle that includes a neck equipped with a stopper, characterized in that the bottle includes a cover adapted to the neck of the bottle, the cover defining a volume with the neck to accommodate an object, and because the bottle includes, within the volume defined by the lid and neck, a receptacle formed by adapting two liners together. The objects located on the lid, for example, can be toys or figurines. The object is inserted in this way in the receptacle that by itself is located within the volume defined by the lid and neck. According to a feature of the invention, the external walls of the bottle are covered, at least in part, by a peripheral film, for purposes of inviolability. By virtue of the film, a consumer can be sure that the lid has been removed from the neck of the bottle and, as a result, that the object can still be found in the aforementioned volume and / or that the cap of the bottle j amás has been removed from the neck. Preferably, the bottle includes an annular frustoconical edge adapted to the neck. Advantageously, the edge adapts to the neck in particular, by tightening or snapping. According to a first embodiment, the lid adapts to the neck in particular by tightening or instant closure. According to a second embodiment, the lid adapts to the edge in particular by tightening or snapping. In any case, the invention will be clearly understood from the following description, with reference to the attached schematic drawing which shows, by way of non-limiting examples, two modalities of this bottle. Figure 1 is a partial cross-sectional view along the example of the bottle in a first embodiment of the invention. Figure 2 is an enlarged axial cross-sectional view of a second embodiment of the invention.
Figure 1 shows a bottle that includes an approximately spherical container 1 equipped with a threaded neck 2. The neck 2 has a collar 3 that extends radially around its outer surface. The example A of the bottle is defined by the example of the symmetry of the container 1, said example passing through the center of the neck 2. A threaded plug 4 for sealing the neck 2 is tightened on the latter. An annular frustoconical edge 5 is adapted to the neck 2 by instant closure. More specifically, the part of the edge with the smallest diameter has an axial annular part 6 forming a flange the inner diameter of which is approximately the same as the diameter of the collar 3 of the neck, said collar being inserted in the annular part 6 and resting against the flange. The instantaneous closure means formed by a complementary slit and bubble system are provided to adapt the edge to the neck. Alternatively, the edge may adapt to the neck forcefully. The part of the edge 5 with the largest diameter is directed towards the lower part of the container 1, opposite the neck 2 along the part A of the bottle. The frustoconical edge 5 also has an outer annular flange 7 at its end with the smallest diameter. An approximately cylindrical hollow cap 8 has an open end 9 having an inner diameter approximately the same as the diameter of the outer flange portion of the edge, the other end 10 of the lid closing. The lid can be made of synthetic material, glass, wood, resin or cardboard. The open end 9 of the lid 8 closes instantaneously on the external rim 7 of the edge 5, using for example a complementary slit and bubble system, in such a way that the example of the lid corresponds to the example A of the bottle. The cover 8 adapted in this way to the edge 5 defines with the neck 2 a volume 1 1 in which an approximately cylindrical receptacle 12 is located. The receptacle 12 that is designed to accommodate an object (not shown) consists of two coverings 12 that fit together. The bottle is covered by a film (not shown) on its entire peripheral surface. In this aspect, in the first use, the consumer removes the lid 9 by tearing the film, removes the receptacle 12 and disassembles the two liners 1 3 in order to reveal the object. The consumer may place the lid back on the bottle, or not. The lid can also be used as a measuring medium or as a vessel. Figure 2 shows a second embodiment of the invention in which the same elements have the same references as in figure 1. In order to make the drawing lighter, only the contours of the container 1, the neck 3 and the receptacle 3 have been shown. In this embodiment, the bottle has no frustroconical edge 5, the lid 8 being mounted directly on the neck 3 by instant closure. In order to produce this type of adaptation, the cap has a bubble 14 around the inner surface, recessed from the open end of the cap toward the closed end, such that when the cap 8 is in the position mounted on the cap. the neck 3, the bubble 14 meshes with the collar 3 to realize the instant closure. According to a third embodiment that is not shown, the lid has two open ends, the volume used to contain the object defined by the neck, the lid and the film covering the bottle. According to another embodiment that is not shown, the food products, for example, confectionery or a palette, are housed inside the capsule. This goes without saying that the invention is not limited to only those modalities of this system, which have been described above in the manner of examples, but also includes any of the variants thereof. In this way, among other things, the film could only cover part of the bottle or the bottle could not contain a receptacle, in which case, the object could be located directly in the volume defined by the lid.
