Abstract

Un sistema de guía y rodillos de ranura angosta para un sistema de almacenamiento móvil de alta densidad que cuentan con una pluralidad de unidades de almacenamiento. El sistema de guía y de rodillos incluye una guía axial que se extiende longitudinalmente y que defina una primera ranura eh el piso para impulsar al riel paralelo al mismo definiendo una segunda ranura en el piso. El miembro de guía axial incluye una configuración de rodillos adaptada para acoplarse a un miembro de guía que se extiende hacia abajo acoplado a la carreta de las unidades de almacenamiento. El acoplamiento de la configuración de rodillos y los miembros de guía sirven como guía para las unidades de almacenamiento cuando se mueven a lo largo de la guía axial y del riel de guía. Además el presente invento limita el ancho de la primer y segunda ranura en menos de 1/2 pulgada de esta forma permitiendo el acceso a personas discapacitadas en forma libre sobre el piso en donde el sistema de guía y rodillos está montado. El sistema de guía y rodillos puede incluir una configuración anti volcadura para prevenir que se voltee la unidad de almacenamiento cuando las unidades de almacenamiento se mueven a lo largo de la guía axial y del riel de impulsión.
