Abstract

Frontal panel display with assembly and disassembly automatic system where a display receives, in the rear side (4) of its frontal panel, (1) two pairs (5) of cardboard to form the two hinges that, under the assembly unit (16) claw effect, allow the articulable boards (9) to lock perpendicularly to such panel (1 ) and, parallelly between them, form two supports to maintain the display straight while by the panel grooves (3) and boards grooves (12) and again under the assembly units (16) action, the display shall be folded and compacted. In another version, the frontal panel receives just one board, maintaining the same assembly and disassembly system as well as in other version, where the parallel boards pair is equally maintained locked in the perpendicular position in respect to the frontal panel so as to maintain the display assembled.

Description

FRONT PANEL DISPLAY, WITH AUTOMATIC SYSTEM TO MOUNT AND REMOVE This descriptive report refers to the patent for a front panel isplay with parts formed from grooves, which receives, in its back beam, two juxtaposed pairs of cardboard sheets - each formed of one or more fixed sheets and another articulated leaf, and each pair united by its hook-shaped wings, receivers of elastic bands that tension a series of assembling units, with a clamp system. By putting the 'display' vertically, the two pairs of back sheets suffer the pressure of the mounting units (in effect clamp), hinges the leaves articulated automatically perpendicular in relation to the front panel, and keeps the display supported on the floor, mounted. When removed from the ground, the assembling units force the hinged blades against each other, open them and allow the display to close automatically and compact for transport, storage and storage if not, due to its bends and the folded parts of the panel. be in use Optionally, there can be only two sheets of cardboard that, likewise, are locked perpendicularly in relation to the front panel and keeps the display mounted.
In another version, there may be only one sheet of cardboard, also liable to lock perpendicularly in relation to the front panel and which, when opened to one of the sides, allows the display to close. STATE OF THE ART A 'display' of automatic assembly and disassembly is known, proposed by the patent PI 0602006-2, with the title "IMPROVEMENT IN DISPLAY OF MOUNT TYPE TOTE", deposited on 05.18.2206, where a display is formed of two parts, united by their wings juxtaposed inwards, and basically forms an elliptical body, with parts folded by furrows. The juxtaposed wings of the bundles have, at intermediate points of each part, hook-shaped cutouts, both at the top and bottom, which receive the ends of an elastic that will stress a mounting unit, distributed along the body of the display. Each assembling unit has a body of quadrangular section, whose walls are articulated by means of folds, since its two adjacent rear walls are separated by a cut, so that, under the action of the elastic, the piece gains a clamping effect and , by cutting, the arming unit is inserted into the juxtaposed wings and lodged between the upper and lower hooks tensioned by the elastic. Hosted in this way, the riding unit, Stressed, it causes its walls to have pinch effect and force the juxtaposed beams of the panel outwards and keep it mounted. To fold the display, the user has to press the beams against each other, so that the resistance of the elastics expires and plan the assembling units (again, for its clamp effect), so that it can bend the parts of the display and facilitate transportation and storage. OBJECTIVE OF THE PATENT This descriptive report refers to the patent proposed by the same inventor of PI 0602006-2, it is the formation of a front panel display, with parts folded by grooves, which receives, in its subsequent beam, the fixation of two pairs of cardboard sheets - each pair is formed of a fixed leaf and another articulated leaf, united by their juxtaposed wings, with cutouts in the form of hooks - upper and lower - inverted. Therefore, the pairs of cardboard sheets are fixed in the rear beam of the front panel. By the hooks, assembling units are introduced, such as a gripper system, with quadrangular section body, whose lateral and rear walls are articulated by grooves and said adjacent rear walls, separated by a cut.
In this way, the assembling units are inserted by their cut, between the juxtaposed wings of the pairs of cardboard sheets, and they are kept tensioned by their elastics, tied on the hooks. Only with slightly rising the display, simultaneously with the splitting of the parts, by the clamping effect of the assembling units, the articulated blades are automatically pressed and, with hinges, project perpendicularly in relation to the front panel and thus form a pair of back supports , to keep the display standing up and expose its front beam with the propaganda. When the display is raised again, the mounting units stretch the hinged blades, which also open with hinges and, together with their grooves, cause the automatic folding of the parts and close the display. The same system is applied, by means of small variations, to the articulation of only one sheet of cardboard, fixed in the rear beam of the front panel. This, likewise, is locked in position perpendicular to the front panel to keep the display mounted and to close it, it opens and matches its grooves to the parts of the front panel, which allows to bend and compact the assembly. In another version, the articulation of only two cardboard sheets, fixed in the rear beam of the panel, occurs front, which are locked perpendicular to the front panel and keeps it mounted. In a superficial way, the front panel display becomes better detailed by the attached drawings, which show: Figure 1 - perspective view of the front panel display, in one of the versions, with two pairs of cardboard sheets, foot, with the two open articulated cardboard sheets stressed by the armed units; Figure 2 - side view, according to the previous figure, showing the assembly units fixed on the cardboard sheets and keeping the articulated leaves open; Figure 3 - rear view of the display, according to the previous figure; Figure 4 - view according to the previous figure, showing one of the articulated leaves already open and the other when opening, for bending, together with the parts of the display; Figure 5 - view according to the previous figure, showing how the display is bent by its folded parts, after opening the articulated leaves by the action of the assembling units, acting as clamp effect; Figure 6 - rear perspective view, showing the two pairs of cardboard sheets - a fixed sheet and another articulated leaf joined by its wings. As it is observed, the two pairs are fixed so that their articulated leaves remain in juxtaposition; Figure 7 - perspective view of the display, in the version with only one sheet of cardboard, fixed in the rear beam of the front panel. The leaf is fixed by its wings to the front panel and receives the mounting units (fixed by tabs), so that the display is locked and kept mounted; Figure 8 - perspective view, according to the previous figure, showing the display folded with the opening for one of the sides, of the back sheet; Figure 9 - perspective view of the display, in the version with two cardboard sheets, also fixed by the wings and locked in position perpendicular to the front panel by the mounting units. According to the attached drawings, the "FRONT PANEL DISPLAY, WITH AUTOMATIC MOUNTING AND DISMANTLING SYSTEM", object of this patent request, is constituted by a front panel display, formed by a piece of cardboard (1) with parts (2) taken by furrows (3). The piece (1) receives, in its back beam (4), along the height of its sides, two pairs (5) of cardboard sheets, since each pair is formed of a fixed sheet (6) with wing (7), to which the wing is juxtaposed (8) coincident of a second sheet (9), articulated, as shown mainly in figure 6. The fixed sheets (6) have cutouts (10) and grooves (11) and the articulated leaves (9) have grooves (12) delimiting doubles that coincide with the grooves (3) of the parts (2) of the piece (1). On the wings (7) and (8) of the union of the pairs (5) of the fixed (6) and articulated (9) blades, chamfered cuts (13) are made, together with the grooves (11) and (12), so that, at intermediate points, the wings (7) and (8) of the union receive cuts in the form of inverted hooks (14), superior and inferior. In each of the cutouts (14), between its two extremities, an elastic band (15) is attached which fixes and tensiones a mounting unit (16), each formed by a quadrangular section body with two front walls (17), adjacent to the two rear walls (18) articulated by common grooves (19), since the said rear walls (18) are separated by a cut (20) by which the assembling unit is introduced (16) between the juxtaposed wings (7) and (8) of the fixed (6) and articulated (9) blades, as shown in detail in detail "A" of figure 4. Thus, with tension by the elastic band (15), housed between the upper and lower extremities of 52-500 the hooks (14), each mounting unit (16) touches its rear walls (18) between the fixed blade (6) and the articulated blade (9). Each mounting unit (16) tensioned, thanks to a clamp effect obtained in the grooves (19) and by the separation by the cut (20) between the rear walls (18), keeps the two articulated plates (9) pressed. For the vertical position, by clamping effect of the mounting units (16), the articulated leaves (9) are pressed as hinges, which project automatically, perpendicular to the front panel and thus form a pair of back supports on the wing (4), as shown in figures 1, 2 and 3, to keep the display standing and expose its front beam with propaganda. When the display is raised again, the mounting units (16) stretch the articulated leaves (9), which are also hinged and their grooves align to the grooves (3) of the parts (2) and cause their automatic bending and closes, in this way, the display, as shown in drawing 5. For another version for the display, only one sheet of cardboard (21) with grooves (12) has cutouts (22) that cause bent tapes (23) for which is fixed in the back beam (4) of the front panel (1 a). When aligning the cut-outs (22), the sheet (21) projects, from its supporting edge, wings (24) with chamfers (25) in its 52-500 limbs and has, on the opposite side, a break (26). For the tapes (23), the sheet (21) is fixed to the rear beam (4) of the display and receives, by the chamfers (25) of its wings (24), the elastic tapes (15) to fix the mounting units (16) In that version, the mounting units (16) have an additional tab (27) inserted in the break (26) so that, according to the system, they press the sheet (21) perpendicularly in relation to the front panel (the) and lock it and keep the display mounted. By slightly turning the blade (21) to the side, the assembling units (16) are planned by their gripper system and the grooves (12) of the blade (21) coincide with the grooves (3) of the parts (2). ) and the display can be closed, as shown in figure 8. Finally, in another variation, the display can receive two sheets (28), also with two breaks (22) that originate the doubled tapes (23) and also the wings (24) with chamfers (25). As for the versions, the leaves (28) are fixed to the upper beam (4) of the front panel (Ib) by their strips (23) and, by the wings (24) with chamfers (25) receive the assembling units ( 16). These, according to the system, lock the leaves (28) open, perpendicular to the front panel (Ib) and keep the display mounted .. 52-500
