Abstract
La tecnología para la labranza Horizontal del suelo (TLH), es un novedoso diseño y un revolucionario método para el trabajo de la tierra que realiza el corte horizontal del suelo sin revertir sus capas, siguiendo el mismo sentido en que estas fueron formadas por la naturaleza. Sus dispositivos y ángulos, cuidadosamente estudiados durante más de 30 años, mueven el suelo en dirección contraria a la fuerza de gravedad, provocando cambios positivos jamás imaginados en su fertilidad, el ahorro de agua y combustibles y la economía de los agricultores. Su forma natural de trabajar la tierra y su acción preventiva sobre el control de malezas permite evitar progresivamente el derramamiento de millones de litros de herbicidas que contaminan la tierra, el aire, el agua y los alimentos que consumimos, lo cual constituye un hecho sin precedentes en la historia de la agricultura. Se adapta para todo tipo de suelo y cultivo, y puede ser utilizado de manera combinada con cualquier otro sistema de labranza, pero los máximos beneficios se logran a medida que evitemos usar los implementos actuales que destruyen la estructura natural del suelo. Además, es la tecnología ideal para la producción orgánica de alimentos, favoreciendo la acumulación de biomasa en el suelo y ayudando a mitigar el efecto invernadero, con gran impacto sobre el medio ambiente y la salud humana, convirtiendo en realidad el propósito de más alimentos sanos a menor precio.
