Abstract

Se proporcionan metodos para trazar datos de color teniendo por lo menos un color asociado con los mismos a un dispositivo de salida basandose en un perfil de dispositivo de entrada y un perfil de dispositivo de salida, cada perfil teniendo una curva de tono y una matriz de color. En una modalidad, el metodo incluye recibir datos de color de un dispositivo de entrada y determinar si los datos de color estan en un espacio lineal. Si se determina que los datos de color no estan en un espacio lineal, el metodo ademas incluye aplicar la curva de tono del perfil de dispositivo de entrada a los datos de color para convertirlos en un espacio lineal. El metodo ademas incluye convertir el color(es) asociado con los datos de color del espacio lineal de entrada de un espacio lineal de salida aplicando la matriz de color del perfil de dispositivo de entrada y la matriz de color inversa del perfil de dispositivo de salida para crear datos de imagen de color convertido.
