Description

DISPOSITION OF PORCELAIN STONE PLATES FOR ITS ACTION AND ACCUMULATOR AND RADIANT FOR HEATING FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an arrangement for heating porcelain stoneware plates for their performance as an accumulator and radiant heating, using a new product consisting of porcelain stoneware attached to a synthetic metal that provides significant improvements in the resistance from stoneware to impact and in the integration and adhesion in the synthetic metal of different elements.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION EP1455146 discloses an improved electrical convection system consisting of a housing incorporating a filament, sheet or tubular element strength bonded to a porcelain tile plate. The problem that arises is that the stoneware plate offers innumerable problems when it comes to fixing the different elements or components to it due to its fragility and rigidity. Also, mechanical fastening means such as staples, guides, screws, etc. They often cause breakage or cracking due to the impact of the tool on the surface of the plate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION With the present invention has been devised a provision for heating that allows the application of a new product consisting of porcelain tiles consisting of ceramic tiles of very low water absorption, not pressed dry, not enameled and therefore subjected to a single cooking, joined to a synthetic metal constituted in turn by a compound made from the union of metallic powder and a polymer. The arrangement for heating is based on the connection of said new product to any type of heating element or device, so that in addition to achieving its function by means of electrical resistances of any type it allows the adjacent incorporation of a container or fluid radiator tank, such as water or oil, which once heated generates the elevation of the temperature of the porcelain stoneware, maintaining said temperature for a time superior to the known fluid radiators up to now. As mentioned, the invention also incorporates the complementary and thermostatic regulation elements necessary to maintain the room at the desired temperature, as well as suitable fastening elements. In this way, the invention is configured as a capacitive arrangement to be used in general as an element that generates heat to the exterior both by convection and by radiation, the porcelain tile being the element that accumulates heat, generating gradual heating and the consequent increase of its temperature, according to the existence of any system of generation of heat, as for example a resistance of any type, flat with circuit of aluminum or of filaments, or a tank container of fluid, and that independently of the same, and once the action of said fluid or heat generating system has stopped, it acts as a radiator that generates its action according to the heat accumulated on the porcelain stoneware plate, functioning as an accumulator and radiant element for its use in heating. The fixing of the porcelain stoneware plate to the different elements is carried out thanks to being cold-bonded to a synthetic metal constituted by a compound made from the union of metallic powder and a polymer. This union offers substantial improvements to the heater as: - Increases the resistance of stoneware to impacts - The application of synthetic metal in liquid state allows the fixing of metal supports on the stoneware plate, such as staples, anchors or any type of fixing from stoneware to the wall or other elements. - Being a cold junction, allows the integration or adhesion in the synthetic metal of different allements such as sensors, radiant elements, control and protection equipment. In short, the incorporation of synthetic metal in porcelain stoneware acts as a glue that when applied to the back of the plate, allows incorporating any means of anchoring or component of the convector, which will be fixed when the product is dried.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS To complete the description and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, the descriptive specification is included, as an integral part thereof, of a set of plans, in which illustrative and not limiting, the following is presented: Figure 1- Shows a perspective view of the rear part of the arrangement for heating porcelain stoneware for its performance as an accumulator and radiant heating, according to the invention, in which an exemplary embodiment of the same has been shown incorporating a radiator or fluid reservoir as a heating element. Figure 2- Shows a perspective view, likewise of the rear part, of an example of the arrangement for heating porcelain stoneware plates with back cover of synthetic metal for its performance as an accumulator and radiant for heating, according to the invention, which in this case aso incorporates a resistance as a heating element. Figure 3 shows an exploded view of the inention according to the example shown in Figure 2, so that all the elements involved in it are appreciated, as well as their configuration and arrangement. Figure 4 shows a view according to longitudinal section of the example shown in figures 1 and 2.
Preferred mode of the invention In view of the aforementioned figures and in accordance with the adopted numbering, it can be observed in them as the arrangement for the heating of the porcelain stoneware plates with synthetic metal back cover (1) for its performance as an accumulator and radiant for heating, is constituted from the incorporation adjacent to it of a heating element (3) which can be of any type. Said heating element (3) can be a radiator or fluid reservoir (4), as seen in e) example presented in figure 1, or it can be incorporated inside a housing casing (5) in the case of being treated of a resistance (6), as seen in the example shown in figures 2 and 3. In the first case, said radiator or fluid reservoir (4), which may be water or oil, will be fixed to the porcelain stoneware plate with synthetic metal rear cover by means of the synthetic metal (2b) of said porcelain stoneware plate (2a). The fluid, water or oil contained in the radiator or reservoir (4), which will be conveniently heated by the relevant boiler and line devices (not shown), having the elements of thermostatic regulation, is configured as a heating element (3), transmitting said heat to the porcelain stoneware plate with synthetic metal rear cover (1). In addition, the arrangement incorporates, in the second embodiment, a plurality of complementary elements and thermostatic regulation necessary for the functionality thereof, allowing the stay to be maintained at the desired temperature, such as a camos thermostat (8) equipped with a flange fastening to the bulb (9) located in the lower part of the enclosure housing (5), an air intake grille (10) also in said lower part, a control box (11) provided with a safety thermostat ( 12) and suitably protected by a protective plate with machanite (13), a deflector plate (14), a support (15) for the resistor (6), a charging button (16) and a bipolar switch (17) this way the arrangement achieves, through the heat accumulated in the porcelain stoneware plate (1) by means of a heating element (3), either the radiator (4) or the resistance (6), which produces its gradual heating and the consequent increase in its temperatur a, that once the action of said heating element (3) has stopped, continue maintaining and radiating heat, so that said porcelain tile (1) acts as an accumulator and radiant, which causes a considerable prolongation of maintenance of temperature with the consequent saving of energy for the heating of any environment.
