Abstract

The present invention refers to a process which does not require tools such as laser beams or computer numerical controls, since it is a process for obtaining embossing metallic plates with which it is possible to create any type of design in order to be embossed in leather or further materials, such as original designs of leathers of exotic animals, or to emboss leathers for manufacturing boots or other leather articles. The process consists in the following stages: Obtaining the model to be reproduced, creating a scale model, preparing a silicon material to be poured into the mould, preparing a gypsum mixture to be subsequently poured into the silicon mould, melting a metal to be poured into the gypsum mould, and finally embossing the leather or other materials using said metallic plates and a press.
