Abstract

The invention concerns a novel natural waterproofing agent, a novel feminine absorbent lining and a novel independent waterproof envelope. Said elements are designed for use of ecological and biodegradable hygienic absorbent articles. PCT/MX02/00041, PCT/MX02/00042 y PCT/MX03/00099. The novel natural waterproofing agent comprises a partly polymerized semi-solid suspension with high-viscosity macromolecules. When a fine film of said mixture is applied on a tissue paper, the tissue paper is satisfactorily waterproofed and maintains its softness. This feature makes it ideal as envelope for all ecological absorbent articles, since it prevents organic liquids from passing through. The novel feminine absorbent lining enables menstrual fluids which flow towards the back of the person lying on her back to be retained and absorbed. The novel independent waterproof envelope comprises a reusable, washable and recyclable plastic film. Said envelope is placed beneath any ecological and biodegradable feminine absorbent articles for complete additional protection.

Description

IMPROVEMENTS OF BIOLOGICAL AND BIODEGRADABLE HYGIENIC ABSORBERS DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invention is: a new natural waterproofing agent, a new feminine absorbent cushion and a new independent waterproof cover. All this for the use of ecological and biodegradable hygienic absorbers. PCT / MX02 / 00041, PCT / MX02 / 00042 and PCT / MX03 / 00099. The new natural waterproofing agent is a semi-solid suspension, partially polymerized, and with a high viscosity of fatty macromolecules. When a light layer of this mixture is applied on the paper type fabric it waterproofs satisfactorily and allows it to retain its flexibility. This makes it ideal as a cover for all ecological absorbers, as it prevents the passage of body fluids.
In addition, a new absorbent feminine cushion that retains and absorbs the menstrual flow that slides towards the back when you are lying on your back.
And a new independent waterproof cover, made of plastic film, reusable, washable, and recyclable. The cover is placed under any of the female biodegradable and ecological absorbents for extra and total protection.
This new natural waterproofing agent is: a) a mixture of vegetable fat; This can be one or several vegetable oils of any type such as: corn, safflower, sunflower, sesame, coconut, pumpkin, peanut etc. These must be submitted to some process of hydrogenating Plus, b) a vegetable absorbent polymer or gum, which can be guar, carrageenan, tragacanth, karaya, carob, arabic, bean, Irish moss etc. Any emulsifier used in the food industry, such as gelatin, sodium algin, can also be used as a substitute. pectin, methyl cellulose pectin etc; or even any starch such as modified starch from corn, potatoes, wheat etc; whose function is to bind to fatty macromolecules to give them cohesion especially when it comes to radiate moisture, Plus c) a minimal portion of antioxidant or preservative. This can be alpha tocopherol, sodium benzoate, sodium carbonate, sodium chloride, etc. Or any that can retard oxidation and nitrogenation, this thinking in those extremely hot dimas Any process of hydrogenating, acts differently depending on the type of oil in question, and the physical and chemical characteristics of it: The process can form polymer macromolecules increasing its viscosity, in some cases can even reach the solidification, and also modify its density. Reinforcing as a consequence its impermeability.
The new feminine absorbent cushion is an option to avoid the use of night absorbers, too long and bulky, especially when for some reason or activity have to be used during the day and are evident with some clothing very fair or transparent.
The new feminine absorbent cushion (nocturnal) is a small, long, narrow, tubular compress of cloth-like paper rolled and re-rolled or filled with cellulose pulp. (Fig. 2) It has one of the tips flat or semi-flat and with a simple cut or eyelet, through which passes the loop at the back of the ecological screen. This one is arranged to remain in the middle of the buttocks and thus absorb the menstrual flow that slips on the back when it is lying on its back, allowing it to sleep or rest calm and safe.
We have the protection of the ecological pant, the ecological hygienic and biodegradable feminine absorbent, the new independent waterproof cover and the new feminine absorbent cushion.
In the case of diaper ecological and biodegradable we have the total protection of the diaper of plastic and fabric. And now also the feminine ecological and biodegradable hygienic absorbers have a practical and safe additional protection that guarantees us the use of all these absorbers that, due to being made with totally natural, very fine and delicate materials, could not be totally safe in any particular situation.
So, the new independent waterproof cover is made of plastic film that can be made of Polyvinyl chloride (PVC), it has the same shape and size as the absorbent that you want to protect (Fig. 1) and with cuts or eyelets sendllos that match the eyelets that the absorbent has, as well as with the elastic clips of the ecological pant. Both are fixed together by passing the elastic clips through these eyelets, closing the clasps of the clips. You can remove them at the time you want, and can also verify that this cover is always kept in good condition, being reusable, washable and also redclable.
PARTS 1.- Plastic film can be PVC polyvinyl chloride. 2.- Buttonholes or simple cuts. 3.- Soft paper cover. 4.- Natural absorbent filler, can be cellulose pulp or soft paper. 5.- Buttonhole or cut sendllo.
