The capacity to remove plaque of the tooth brush of this invention improves noticeably compared that of conventional tooth brush. Furthermore, when one brushes one's teeth in every nook and corner, using the tooth brush of this invention decreases the fatigue of one's wrist and arm substantially, compared with the conventional tooth brush.
Description
TOOTHBRUSH
TECHNICAL FIELD This invention relates to a toothbrush with a special structural shape that allows the anterior and posterior part of the upper and lower teeth to be cleaned uniformly.
BACKGROUND OF THE ART In general, people use a toothbrush and toothpaste regularly to clean the remnants of food and tartar that is generated by food waste. However, if one brushes the teeth from one side to the other repeatedly, the person's teeth and gums tend to be damaged. There are several recommended ways to brush your teeth. For example, it is known to be a good practice to brush the outer surface of the upper and lower part of the teeth from the top to the bottom. When brushing your teeth, it is recommended to change the toothbrush or move it vertically. Regarding the inner surface of the incisors, it is also recommended to move the toothbrush from the bottom to the top. However, if you brush your teeth in a way with a brush
Conventional teeth, one easily tires on the wrist or arm and tends to finish brushing quickly. As a result, you may have a failure to perform the cleaning of the teeth.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION TECHNICAL PROBLEM In order to clean the teeth of any residue and corners with ease, a toothbrush with a bent structure has been developed. The Korean utility model open to the public No. 20-1987-0004713 (open to the public on April 20, 1987) describes a toothbrush which consists of a brush unit and a handle, where a circular rotor is formed at the bottom of the brush unit, the center and the circumferential extension from which they are drilled to form a motor hole and a plurality of angled holes, and the handle, where a switch groove is formed, is lowered with a central shaft to fix the circular rotor and a motor groove to turn from one side to the other. The toothbrush is constructed so that the brush unit can be fixed in a variable manner in a position at a given angle with a switch that is formed prominently on the handle and a rotating rod and a spring of the work rod .
The Korean utility model open to the public No. 20-1997-0048852 (open to the public on August 12, 1997) describes a toothbrush with an adjustable angle structure. The toothbrush described in the aforementioned utility model has a circular projection on one side of the handle and a circular C-shaped perforation on one side of the body of the brush. The handle and body of the brush are combined with each other and the angle of the same can be adjusted to the desired option. In addition, a magnet is combined with one side of the handle. However, even in the case of such toothbrushes, the handle and the brush are bent only in a unilateral direction so that they have a limitation of removing plaque from the person's teeth and also, when one brushes the teeth with Any of the toothbrushes, one acquires the feeling of tiredness of the wrist or the arm so that it still has difficulties in cleaning the teeth.
TECHNICAL SOLUTION The objective of this invention is to provide a toothbrush that allows the bristles of the brush to come into contact with each corner and corner of the teeth without the feeling of tiredness of the wrist or arm when one brushes the teeth by the method of
brushing in which is considered as advisable. A toothbrush according to this invention to meet the objective consists of a handle (10) formed linearly in the longitudinal direction so that it can be held by hand; and a head (12) that bends and that extends at an angle of 20 ° to 70 ° towards the left side against the direction of extension of the handle (10) and that extends at an angle of 10 ° to 40 ° towards the back side of the toothbrush prominent against the axis parallel with the handle
(10) In addition, it is preferable that the head (12) be bent and extended with an elliptical curve that is formed against the direction in which the handle (10) extends.
ADVANTAGEAL EFFECTS When one brushes the teeth with the handle (10) of the toothbrush of this invention with the right hand, the brush is in good contact with each corner and corner of the anterior and posterior teeth of the upper teeth. lower so that their ability to remove plaque is substantially increased and in addition, there is a lower feeling of tiredness of the wrist and arm compared to the case in which one uses a toothbrush
conventional with the same toothpaste during the same time by the same method. In addition, the toothbrush of this invention induces the user to brush the teeth by moving the toothbrush in the vertical direction so as to assist the user in eliminating a wrong habit of brushing the teeth from side to side. Particularly, although it is difficult for a conventional toothbrush to have access to the back surface of the upper and lower teeth, thanks to its increased accessibility in this area, the toothbrush of this invention effectively removes scale. When brushing the teeth with a conventional toothbrush in the horizontal direction, the toothpaste often accumulates between the bristles of the brush so that a large amount of toothpaste is not used in the actual brushing of the teeth, which It results in a large consumption of toothpaste while the toothbrush of this invention can reduce toothpaste consumption by inducing the user to brush the teeth in the vertical direction.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Figure 1 is a perspective view showing the structure of the toothbrush in accordance with
an example of this invention. Figure 2 is a front view showing the structure of the toothbrush according to an example of this invention. Figure 3 is a side view showing the structure of the toothbrush according to an example of this invention.
MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION A preferable example of this invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Figure 1 is a perspective view showing the structure of the toothbrush according to an example of this invention. Figure 2 is a front view showing the structure of the toothbrush according to an example of this invention. Figure 3 is a side view showing the structure of the toothbrush according to an example of this invention. As shown in figures 1 to 3, a toothbrush of this invention is characterized in that it comprises a handle (10) formed linearly in the longitudinal direction so that it can be held by hand, and a head (12) bent and which extends with an elliptical curve that conforms at an angle of 20 ° to 70 ° towards the
left side against the direction of extension of the handle (10) and that bends further and extends with an elliptical curve that is formed at an angle of 10 ° to 40 ° towards the rear side of the toothbrush prominently against the parallel axis with the handle (10). When a right-handed person (who uses mainly the right hand) brushes the back surface of the lower incisors with a conventional toothbrush, the person needs to raise the hand holding the handle of the toothbrush to a higher height in the cavity and direction in which the teeth brush extends. This generates a small surface area of contact with the brush and easily tilts on the front of the brush. After all, this causes a rapid deterioration of the toothbrush cavity to remove tartar. Meanwhile, the toothbrush of this invention has a head (12) that bends and extends with an elliptical curve that is formed against the direction in which the handle (10) extends. In this regard, it has been discovered that when one brushes the teeth with the toothbrush and a part between the handle (10) and the head (12) remains in contact with the person, a much less uncomfortable feeling is perceived. That is, it is preferable to extend the head in an elliptical manner, as compared to a circular shape.
Meanwhile, when brushing the teeth with the handle (10) of the toothbrush of this invention in the right hand, the brush is placed in good contact with each corner and corner of the anterior and posterior teeth of the upper and lower teeth so that their ability to eliminate tartar is increased substantially and also, there is a lesser feeling of tiredness of the wrist and arm, compared to the case in which one uses a conventional toothbrush with the same toothpaste during the same time by the same method. In addition, the toothbrush of this invention induces the user to brush the teeth by moving the toothbrush in a vertical direction in a manner that helps the user eliminate a bad habit of brushing the teeth horizontally. Particularly, although it is difficult for a conventional toothbrush to reach the back surface of the upper and lower teeth, thanks to this increased accessibility of this area, the toothbrush of this invention effectively removes scale. When you brush your teeth with a conventional toothbrush in the horizontal direction, toothpaste is often left between the bristles of the toothbrush so that a large amount of toothpaste is not used in actual tooth brushing, which
results in a large consumption of toothpaste while the toothbrush of this invention can reduce toothpaste consumption by inducing the user to brush the teeth in a vertical direction. However, in the case where the head is bent and extends from the handle (10) at an angle of less than 20 ° to the left side against the direction in which the handle (10) extends, it does not improve much the accessibility to the rear surface area of the upper and lower teeth, wherein the brush of a conventional toothbrush is not in good contact with them in a usual position. And in the case where the head bends and extends from the handle at an angle greater than 70 ° to the left side against the direction in which the handle (10) extends, the user complains of an uncomfortable condition that results from the contact of the mango with its lips. Therefore, only in the event that the head (12) bends and extends from the handle
(10) With an elliptical curve that is formed at an angle of 20 ° to 70 ° towards the left side against the direction in which the handle (10) extends, the object of this invention is obtained. Meanwhile, in the case where the head is bent and extends at an angle less than 10 ° towards the back side of the toothbrush prominent against the
parallel axis with the handle (10), accessibility to the rear surface area of the upper and lower teeth, where the brush of a conventional toothbrush is not well in contact in a usual position, does not improve greatly. And in the case where the head is bent and extends at an angle greater than 40 ° towards the rear side of the toothbrush prominently against the axis parallel to the handle (10), the user complains of a little contact between the brush and the teeth. Therefore, only in the case where the head (12) is bent and extended with an elliptical curve that is formed at an angle of 10 ° to 40 ° towards the back side of the toothbrush prominently against the parallel axis with the handle (10), the objective of this invention can be achieved. Of course, even if one uses a conventional toothbrush, one can brush their teeth in every corner and corner with caution, as in the case of the use of a toothbrush of this invention, but the user tires easily in The wrist and arm and the brush also wear out quickly. This is a remarkable problem. Two subjects were divided into two groups who were randomly selected for a comparative experiment, each group consisting of 100 subjects. Of a group, 100 subjects were allowed to use
one conventional toothbrush while other subjects of the other group were allowed to use the toothbrush of this invention. Except for the toothbrush, both groups brushed their teeth under the same conditions, that is, both groups used the same toothpaste, the same method of brushing and the same time. Then the number of subjects who complained of feeling tired and the ability of the toothbrush to remove tartar from the anterior teeth of the lower teeth was compared between both groups. The results of this experiment are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
In comparison with a conventional toothbrush, the toothbrush of this invention has an improved ability to remove tartar from the back surface of upper and lower teeth that are difficult to brush and also has the effect that the user feels a lot. Less tired on your wrist and arm when you brush your teeth in every nook and corner.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY As mentioned in the foregoing, the toothbrush of this invention has an increased capacity of
Remove tartar from the back surface of the upper and lower teeth that are difficult to brush and also has the effect that the user feels much less tired on the wrist and arm when brushing the teeth in each corner and corner, in comparison with a conventional toothbrush. In addition, the toothbrush of this invention induces the user to brush the teeth by biting the toothbrush in the vertical direction in a manner that helps the user eliminate the bad habit of brushing teeth horizontally. In particular, thanks to the improved accessibility towards the back surface of the upper and lower teeth, the toothbrush of this invention has an improved ability to remove scale. In addition, the toothbrush of this invention can reduce the consumption of toothpaste by inducing the user to brush the teeth in the vertical direction.
