Abstract

Un metodo para actualizar informacion de canal mediante una estacion movil (MS) que esta en un modo de ahorro de energia se describe. Mas especificamente, el metodo incluye una MS que recibe informacion de un primer escritor de canal y la informacion de trama de transmision que incluye cuando el primer descriptor de canal va a transmitirse. Ademas, la MS compara informacion de estado del primer descriptor de canal con informacion de estado de un segundo descriptor de canal. Aqui, el segundo descriptor de canal se almacena en la MS. Al final, si la informacion de estado comparada es diferente, la MS recibe el primer descriptor de canal de acuerdo con la informacion de trama de transmision.
