Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un material de hoja preimpregnada que comprende una resina termoendurecible y una estructura fibrosa unida con un solvente soluble en la resina termoendurecible. Durante el proceso en caliente y la produccion texturizada del material compuesto, el aglutinante se solubiliza y libera las fibras de la estructura fibrosa, que despues pueden fluir hasta el molde para la fabricacion del compuesto completo. Se puede utilizar una estructura fibrosa con fibras continuas o fibras cortadas. El aglutinante hace posible que la estructura fibrosa sea manipulada, enrollada y almacenada, antes de que se incorpore en un material preimpregnado.
