Description

DEVICE FOR CLEANING THE TUBES FILTER FOR THE EXTRACTION OF FRUIT JUICES DESCRIPTION OBJECT The object to which the invention that is protected in the present patent consists of a "Device for cleaning the filter tubes for the extraction of fruit juices", which allows the extraction of fruit juices in conventional machines without need to interrupt the process every so often.
BACKGROUND The known process for the extraction of fruit juices, especially citrus fruits, consists in the introduction of the fruit in a machine that fulfills said function. To do this, the fruits are channeled and pushed by means of forks to cups that receive the fruit, so that the fruit remains deposited in them. At the same time, in this machine, other upper cups have been arranged vertically aligned with the cups that receive the fruit, and when they move vertically they imprison it.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The purpose of the invention that constitutes the object of the present patent consists in the elimination of the structural and functional drawbacks of the known object, having been designed and developed according to this priority objective.
The device object of the Patent is constituted by a tube of cylindrical configuration that runs telescopically inside the filter tube, so that in said inner tube have been made holes surrounding and at one end thereof, which throughout their travel expel pressure air previously injected.
Although the injection of air has been foreseen, inside the inner tube can be injected any type of fluid that fulfills the same function, and that manages to keep all the holes of the filter tube clean, expelling all the impurities that in the process of their normal phase adhere to them and that the filter tube has in its entire surface.
In this way, there is an automatic cleaning of the filter tube, which allows its uninterrupted work during the work cycle of the machine. In addition, it is achieved that the performance of said machinery increases considerably and a consequent improvement of its autonomy.

The device (1) for cleaning the filter tubes for the extraction of fruit juices is constituted by a tube (1) of cylindrical configuration that runs telescopically inside the filter tube (2), so that in said inner tube (1) Surrounding holes (3) have been made and at one end thereof, which during their entire travel expel air under pressure, expelling impurities adhered in the holes (4) 'that includes the filter tube on its entire surface ( 2) .
The pressurized air inlet (5) is provided at one end of the inner tube (1), so that it is connected to a surrounding chamber (6) and of the same configuration as the inner tube (1), connected in turn with the holes (3) that for the cleaning of the filter tube (2) incorporates the inner tube (1) at its other end.
