Abstract
A pattern with a color varying function includes a number of picture units attached on a surface of a carrier. Each of the picture units includes a colorized design displaying directly or indirectly on the surface of the carrier and a transparent spherical grai n covering the colorized design. The transparent spherical grain is configured for refracti ng the colorized design so as to produce various visual effects observing from different viewing angles or changing position angles of the carrier.
Description
PATTERNS WITH CHANGING COLOR FUNCTION
Technical field
The present invention relates to patterns used in carriers, such as various types of clothing and household fabrics, and particularly with a pattern with changing color function observed from different viewing angles, and changing the position angle of the carriers.
Background
Many clothes and domestic fabrics have several designs as accessories. A conventional method is to join the patterns to it; These can be attached to the fabric by means of various processing methods, such as embroidery or transfer, etc., to present a particular design style to meet the different needs of the customers.
To highlight the visual effects of the patterns, colors, materials and ways to process them are important factors that can affect the visual effects. Therefore, many manufacturers strive to study the visual effects of the patterns and new pattern designs continually arise.
However, the patterns attached to clothing are static designs, so that the styles and colors of the patterns only have differences in form observed from different angles. Therefore, the patterns themselves show similar, simple and rigid impressions to the observers. What is needed is to provide a pattern that can give an animated impression to the observers.
Summary
A pattern with changing color function is provided; The pattern includes a series of imaging units attached to the surface of the carrier. Each image unit includes a color design directly or indirectly exposed on the surface of the carrier and a transparent spherical grain covering the design in color. The transparent spherical grain is configured to refract? the colored design to produce various visual effects by observing from different angles or changing the position angle of the carrier.
Because the transparent spherical grain is configured to refract the color design to produce various visual effects by observing from different angles or by changing the position angle of the carrier, the color design observed through the transparent spherical grain will show various visual effects of the color changing when changing angle of view or changing the angle of position of the pattern. Consequently, the pattern will give an animated impression.
Other objects, advantages and new features of the invention will become more apparent from the detailed description when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Reference will be made to the drawings to describe in detail the preferred personifications of the present pattern with color changing function.
With reference to Figs. 1 and 2, the pattern (10) with changing color function is shown, according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. The pattern (10) arranged on the clothes (20) is formed according to the style and size of the designed image. The pattern (10) includes several image units (12) attached to the clothing (20). The image units (12) may have the same size, or be of different dimensions, which is determined by the design of the image.
In this embodiment, the garment (20) is used as a carrier to form the pattern (10). The pattern (10) can also be used on different carriers, such as cloth, pants, suitcases, etc. and in various domestic fabrics, such as curtains, rugs, etc. The pattern (10) can also be used on the surface of the carrier, to which the same can be adhered.
Referring to Fig. 2, the pattern (10) adhered to the garment (20), includes image units (12) when assembled or ordered. Referring to Fig. 3, each image unit (12) includes a color design (122) disposed on the surface of the garment (20) and a transparent spherical grain (124) covering the color design (122). The color design (122) is covered under the transparent spherical grain (124), which is made of a transparent macromolecule material, such as transparent rubber, plastic, glass, etc. Since the transparent spherical grain (124) is made of a transparent macromolecule material, the color pattern (22) can be seen through the transparent spherical grain (124).
The color design (122) disposed on the surface of the garment (20) is a color circle having a number of blocks of different colors. Referring to Fig. 4, the color design (122) is a color circle that contains yellow (Y), red (R) and blue (B) blocks. The color circle can include two, or more than three, types of color block. Additionally, the color circle may include blocks of color gradually changed. In addition, the transparent spherical grain (124) covering the color design (122) is a sphere or a column with an upper part in arc. Therefore, the color design (122) is shown through the transparent spherical grain (124) to obtain a refractive effect.
With reference to Fig. 4, the color design (122) adhered to the surface of the garment (20) has a yellow block (Y), a red (R) and a blue (B) block, the yellow, red blocks and blue occupy the same region respectively; this is Y has 33.3%, R is 33.3% and B is 33.3%. When the color design (122) is observed from a direction exactly on it, the observer will see three blocks of different color with the same region. However, when the colored region (122) is viewed from another angle as described by the arrow in Fig. 5, the observer will see three blocks of different color with different regions, since the refractive effect of the transparent spherical grain (124 ) and the angle of vision change.
For example, when the color design (122) is observed from the angle described by the arrow in Fig. 5, the visual region of the yellow block will increase, and the visual regions of the red and blue blocks will decrease. In addition, the visual regions of the three color blocks will change when viewed from angles in decline with the same viewing angle. When the color design (122) is viewed from another angle as shown in Fig. 6, the visual region of the blue block will increase, while the visual regions of the red and yellow blocks will decrease. When the color design (122) is further observed from another angle as shown by the arrow in Fig. 7, the visual region of the red block will increase, while the visual regions of the blue and yellow blocks will decrease.
From the above, when the pattern (10) adhered to the surface of the garment is observed from different angles as shown in Figs. 5, 6 and 7, the visual regions of the color blocks of the color design (122) will change. Therefore, the color design (122) observed through the transparent spherical grain (124) will show several visual effects of color change when the viewing angle changes or the position angle of the pattern is different (10), so that this one of a lived impression.
The description above is given as an example and not as a limitation. Given the above disclosure, one skilled in the art could devise variations within the range and spirit of the invention disclosed herein, including ways of configuring the recessive and material portions and / or designs of the attached structures. In addition, the different characteristics of the personifications disclosed herein may be used alone, or in various combinations with each other, and is not intended to be limited to a specific combination described herein. In this way, the range of the claims is not limited to the illustrated personifications.
