Abstract
The invention relates to sports training devices, gymnastic and body-building machines and can be used for physical exercises for developing and building body muscles along with simultaneous massage, for carrying out sports events and for entertainment. Said invention makes it possible to increase the strength of the training device, the elasticity of the surface thereof and to extend the possibilities for modifying the shape of said training device. The technical result is attainable by means of the structural design of a GYMFLEXTOR multipurpose training device comprising a pressurised toroidal sealed reinforced chamber which is provided with a flush-mounted valve and means for modifying the shape of the chamber. Said toroidal sealed reinforced chamber consists of an internal sealed chamber which is made of an elastic gasproof material and from a multilayer textile reinforcement arranged along a helicoidal line around the internal sealed chamber, wherein the coils of the textile rein forcement of adjacent layers are oppositely oriented and an angle therebetween ranges from 30 to 150 and of an outer sheath made of an elastic cloth or a porous elastic material. An additional ring-shaped textile gasket is placed between the internal sealed chamber and the textile reinforcement on the side of a torus surface and the means for modifying the chamber shape consists of a belt rings and a belt provided with an adjustable buckle.
Description
MUSCLE GYM TRAINING DEVICE
The invention relates to sports training devices, and gymnastic and exercise equipment, and can be used for physical training for the development and strengthening of muscles, together with simultaneous massage, to carry out sporting events and for entertainment. . The inflatable rings, which include a hermetic chamber of toroidal shape, with a throttle pressure regulating valve, made of an elastic reinforced material, capable of withstanding a pressure of 3 atmospheres, multiple bends and deformations of the band, which make possible changing the shape of the training device are known (International Application PCT / KZ023 / 000026, cl A61B 19/00, International Publication WO 02/102468 A1, 2002). The known device, made of reinforced material, has an inadequate resistance, which is connected with insufficient coherence of the elastic material with the armor maintained by difference in the physical-mechanical properties of the materials, Under pressure inside the chamber, in the limits of 8 to 10 atmospheres, and alternative loads, defects of the inner surface of the chamber are formed, penetration of air into the reinforced layer and rupture of the outer part of the device, accompanied by a noise, resulting in a possible harm. One of the disadvantages of this device is the insufficient elasticity, connected with the reinforcement strengthened, high rigidity of the surface and limitation in the possible configurations of the product, which reduces its functional capacities. A main objective of the invention is the expansion of the functional properties of the device, increase of the operational security and improvement of the ease of use. Technical results of the invention are the increased durability of the training device, elasticity of its surface and improvements in the alteration of its configuration. This technical result results in achieving in the proposed structural design of the multipurpose gym muscle training device, comprising a reinforced sealed chamber, of toroidal configuration, pressurized, equipped with a flush mounted valve and a means for modifying the camera configuration. The internal hermetic reinforced chamber, made of a material, gas-tight, elastic with multi-layer textile reinforcement, arranged along the helical line around the internal sealed chamber, in which the textile reinforcement coils of the adjacent layers are Opposedly oriented with an angle between the coils, which varies from 30 ° to 150 °, and an outer wrap made of elastic fabric or an elastic porous material. Additional textile ring-shaped packages, placed between the internal sealed chamber and the textile reinforcement, on the inner side of the toroidal surface, and the means of modifying the configuration of the chamber consists of band rings and a band equipped with a adjustable buckle. The number of reinforcement layers must not be less than two, and the upper limit on the number of layers is determined by the durability, thickness and density of the material from which the reinforcement is made. It is experimentally determined that the angle between the coils should be be in the range of 10 to 130 degrees, providing minimal deformation to the configuration of the device The outer wrap made of elastic fabric or porous elastic material, reduces the mechanical impact of the device on the user's body, covers the armor layer and can be decorated in the manufacture, which can be important for the creation of the exercise, during the happy mood. The use of the device, capable of having such forms, allows to diversify the exercises, which can be done with the help of the device, and conveniently to develop several muscle groups. The size of the rings in the stated limits allows them to be placed in a hermetic, toroidal reinforced chamber, without negligible effort and to change their position easily, so they will not spontaneously fly down from the camera during training. To create complex training configurations the device is required to be no less than two band rings and at least one band with an adjustable buckle. The training device is additionally equipped with cushions, made of elastic material, for example foam rubber in elastic cover. The rectangular configuration of the cushions and the existence of fasteners allows them to be placed on the surface of the toroidal configuration chamber at points of contact of the training device with parts of the user's body, which prevents the possible formation of bruises and frictions and creates more comfortable for training. The length of the cushions provides its tight fit on the surfaces of the toroidal configuration chamber. The exposed device is shown in the figures of the drawings, where in Figure 1 it shows in section the toroidal configuration chamber of the device, in Figure 2 - band ring, in Figure 3 - band with adjustable buckle, in Figure 4, cushion. Figures 5 to 14 show possible forms of the device with a help of band rings and a band, in Figures 15 and 16 - some exercises are shown, which can be carried out with the help of the training device. - CLAIMS 1. Gymnasium muscle training device, comprising a hermetic reinforced chamber, of toroidal configuration, under pressure, equipped with a flush mounted valve and a device that allows to change the shape of the chamber, characterized in that the hermetic reinforced chamber, of toroidal configuration, consists of an internal hermetic chamber, made of a gas-proof, elastic material, textile reinforcements of multiple layers, located in the screw line, around the internal hermetic chamber, where textile reinforcement curls in adjacent layers they are directed in opposite directions, with an angle between the curls of 30 to 150 degrees, and where the outer cover is made of elastic fabric or porous material, and with a device that allows changing the configuration of the camera, which It consists of band and band rings, equipped with an adjustable buckle.
