Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un aparato para realizar investigaciones acústicas de formaciones geologícas del suelo penetradas por un pozo, incluyendo: a. un cuerpo que se extiende longitudinalmente para posicionarse en dicho pozo, en que dicho cuerpo tiene un eje longitudinal; b. un transmisor transportado por dicho cuerpo para transmitir la energía acústica; c. un receptor transportado por dicho cuerpo y espaciado de dicho transmisor para recibir la energía acústica a una frecuencia predeterminada; y d. un medio en dicho cuerpo, entre dicho transmisor y dicho receptor, para producir atenuación acústica en una banda de parada dicha frecuencia predeterminada.
