Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para controlar selectivamente el crecimiento de plantas monocotiledóneas indeseables en una zona que contiene estas plantas monocotiledóneas indeseables en crecimiento y un cultivo estabilizado de trigo, cebada o arroz, el cual comprende aplicar a dicha zona un compuesto que tiene la fórmula: (I) en la cual R es hidrógeno o un grupo alquilo con 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, a un régimen de aplicación entre aproximadamente 4.536 a 227 gramos de compuesto sólido por año.
