Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un paquete de aplicación desde el fondo para almacenar y aplicar un material fluido, y que tiene una configuración para embarque, la cual proporciona una resistencia a las fugas durante el embarque, una configuración de aplicación, la cual permite la aplicación de un solo paso de este material fluido, y una configuración para viajar, la cual proporciona una resistencia a las fugas durante su transportación subsecuente, caracterizado porque incluye: (a) un recipiente resaltantemente deformable que tiene una pared lateral tubular para alojar al material fluido, exhibiendo esta pared lateral tubular un grado de flexibilidad suficiente para permitir su deformación en respuesta a las fuerzas manuales aplicadas a la misma, y un grado de resaltancia suficiente para regresar automáticamente a su condición no deformada cuando se quitan las fuerzas manualmente aplicadas de la misma, teniendo además el recipiente una pared superior con elementos para inhibir el almacenamiento del paquete en la posición invertida, y una pared del fondo; (b) una base tubular unida al fondo del recipiente, siendo esta base hueca, y adaptada para encerrar a la pared del fondo del recipiente, teniendo además la sección de base un extremo inferior abierto circunscrito por un borde transversal del fondo adaptado para soportar al paquete sobre una superficie de reposo; (c) un conjunto de válvula que pende desde la pared del fondo del recipiente, que tiene una válvula auto-selladora incorporada en el mismo, siendo la válvula auto-selladora, en la configuración de aplicación, adaptada para abrirse en respuesta a las fuerzas manuales aplicadas a la pared lateral tubular del recipiente, permitiendo la descarga del material fluido, y para cerrarse automáticamente, al terminar esta descarga, en seguida de la remoción de las fuerzas manuales; (d) una tapa para embarque desechable fijada removiblemente al conjunto de válvula sobre la válvula auto-selladora, en la configuración para embarque, que proporciona una resistencia a las fugas, siendo esta tapa para embarque separable del conjunto de válvula, para colocar el paquete en las configuraciones de aplicación y para viajar; y (e) Una tapa para viajar retenida liberablemente sobre la pared del fondo del recipiente dentro de la base y adyacente al conjunto de válvula en ambas configuraciones de aplicación y para embarque, siendo la tapa para viajar adaptada para colocarse sobre el conjunto de válvula sobre la válvula auto-selladora, para proporcionar una resistencia a las fugas en la configuración para viajar.
