Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo clasificador de material granular, caracterizado porque comprende a) un medio de túnel aerodinámico no restringido transversalmente, colocado horizontalmente, que tiene un extremo corriente arriba, un extremo corriente abajo, un extremo superior y un extremo inferior, para dirigir una corriente de aire horizontal desde el extremo corriente arriba hacia el extremo corriente abajo del mismo, b) un medio forzador o impelente de aire, montado operativamente sobre el medio de túnel aerodinámico para inducir la corriente de aire horizontal a través del mismo; c) un medio de inyección de partículas asociado operativamente con el medio de túnel aerodinámico para inyectar en forma de caída libre un flujo de partículas granulares que van a ser clasificadas dentro de partículas granulares que van a ser clasificadas dentro de la corriente de aire horizontal en una porción extrema de la parte superior, corriente arriba, del medio de túnel aerodinámico y d) un medio de fladón inferior, montado en una porción de la parte inferior del medio de túnel aerodiámico, el medio de faldón inferior define al menos una cavidad de faldón no restringida transversalmente que se ahusa hacia adentro y hacia abajo, adaptada para proporcionar una interfase de corriente de aire a velocidad baja, entre la coprriente de aire horizontal del túnel aerodinámico y la atmósfera, la al menos una cavidad de faldón comprende una abertura o ranura que se extiende longitudinalmente en una porción inferior de la misma, adaptada para hacer posible la descarga de partículas granulares a través de la misma.
