Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una válvula piloto para una válvula principal, en que la válvula principal incluye un cuerpo de válvula principal con una entrada y una salida, una cámara de válvula en la válvula principal, un miembro de cierre de válvula principal, montado recíprocamente en dicha cámara, que coopera con un extremo de la cámara de válvula para restringir el flujo del fluido a través del mismo, esta válvula principal además incluye un volumen de cabeza de válvula principal, definido por la cámara y el miembro de cierre de válvula principal, arriba de dicho miembro de cierre de válvula principal esta válvula piloto comprende: un alojamiento; un primer barreno en un extremo del alojamiento, un segundo barreno distal del primer barreno en dicho alojamiento; un pistón dentro del primer barreno, que tiene un extremo de cabeza y un extremo sensor de la presión; un vástago que se extiende desde el extremo sensor de la presión dentro del segundo barreno; un pasaje dentro del vástago, que comunica el primero y segundo barrenos, una cámara interna en el pistón, y un elemento que comunica la cámara interna con el pasaje del vástago; un resorte calibrador de presión, que coactúa con el extremo de cabeza de pistón para establecer un valor predeterminado de la presión de alivio; un miembro de cierre fijo, montado en el segundo barreno; un primer elemento de asiento de válvula sobre el miembro de cierre fijo y un pasaje interno en el elemento de asiento; un primer elemento de cierre de válvula en el segundo barreno sobre el vástago de pistón y que coopera con el primer elemento de asiento de válvula; un segundo elemento de asiento de válvula en la cámara interna del pistón, en comunicación de fluido con el pasaje del vástago; un segundo elemento de cierre de válvula en la cámara interna de pistón, que coopera con el segundo asiento de válvula; un primer elemento de pasaje en dicho alojamiento, que comunica la cámara interna en el pistón con la entrada de la válvula principal; un segundo elemento de pasaje en dicho alojamiento, que comunica el segundo barreno y el volumen de cabeza de la válvula principal; en que la presión ejercida en el primer barreno en exceso de un valor determinado por el resorte de calibración de presión, actúa para mover el pistón dentro del primer barreno, accionando el primero y segundo elementos de cierre de la válvula para así reducir la presión del producto en el volumen de cabeza de la válvula principal.
