Abstract
Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie.Scopul invenţiei constă în simplificarea produselor secundare. Zahărul clorsubstituit O-D-6-clor-6-dezoxigalactopiranozil - (1 6)--D-4-clor-4dezoxilactopiranozil - (1 2)--D-1,6-diclor-1,6-di-dezoxifructofuranozid (THR) se întrebuinţează pentru obţinerea sucralozei în rezultatul incubării THR în soluţie în prezenţa -galactozidazei care serveşte pentru înlăturarea restului 6-clor-6dezoxigalactozilic din poziţia 6, în special a enzimei, obţinute din Mortierella vinacea., Circinella muscae, THR se obţine în rezultatul tratării rafinozei cu clorura de tionil în prezenţa oxidului de trifenilfosfin. Soluţia reprezintă un sistem apos sau un solvent hidrofob nemiscibil cu apa.
