Abstract
The invention relates to the livestock farming and can be used to the artificial insemination of cows, in particular, for prognostication of fecundative capacity of the bulls masculine gametes.The method includes determination of penetrability degree of the masculine gametes plasma membranes according to the membrane potential maximum value, the artificial insemination of cows, the coefficient calculation and prognostication of the masculine gametes fecundative capacity by multiplication of the calculated coefficient with the membrane potential maximum value of the prognosticating test.The technical result of the invention constitutes the evaluation of the spermatozoa biological full value.
