Abstract

The invention relates to the medicine, namely to the medical instrumentation and may be used at the proctologic surgeric interventions, particularly, at the Hirschsprung desease.Summary of the invention consists in the fact that the clamp for formation ofthe colorectal anastomosis contains two articulated branches having corrugated working surface and a fixing device, the branches are manufactured in the form of an arc, the upper branch is provided with longitudinal flat springs, which are jointed in the middle part with the link, and the fixing device is manufactured in the form of two articulated plates, the free ends of which are rigid jointed to the lower branch and the link, and is provided with the rack-and-pinion lock.The technical result consists in the uniform distribution of comprimative force along all the branches working surface and in reducing the operation traumatism.
