Abstract

The invention relates to the medicine, specially, to the prophylaxis of the wound infection. The summary of the invention consists in the fact that before the operation the region of the operation field is irradiated with the helio- neon lazer rase, the capacity of which is 20-25 mW during 1-2 days, 15-20 min/day. During the operation field is irrigated with the sodium hypochlorite of the concentration of 1100 mg/l. After the operation the region of the post-operational wound is irrigated with sodium hypochlorite solution during 1-5 days, the concentration of which is 1100 mg/l, the irrigation is effectuated by the method of humide-drying bandage and is irradiated with lazer infrared rise having capacity of 50 mW, 15min/day. The technical result of the proposed method consists in the stable aseptic condition of the post-operation wound region.
