Abstract

The invention relates to the medicine, namely to the plastic surgery.Summary of the invention consists in the fact that on the knee fore-part of the healthy extremity it is formed the cutaneous stalk by formation of the cylindrical cutaneous fold in parallel to the kneecap medial edge, fixation thereof at the foundation with the U-formig sutures at the distance of 1,0-1,5 cm, distal stem carving after 12-15 days and realization of two sections in parallel to the cutaneous fold. The formed defect in the knee is closed with the local tissues. The affected tissues are carved of the foot sole surface. The cutaneous stalk is grafted into the recipient bed. The fixation of the affected extremity to the donor one is realized with two Illizarov's apparatus telescopic jointed each to another, then the cutaneous stalk is sewed into the recipient bed.The technical result consists in the nutrition increasing and cutaneous stalk traumatism decreasing.
