Abstract
The invention relates to the field of physics, in particular to electrodynamics, and may be used for the protection of information carriers, for example chips, against electromagnetic waves.The shield against electromagnetic waves comprises four layers, placed one above the other, where a layer (1) is made of conductive material in the form of a foil, a layer (2) is made of dielectric material, a layer (3) is made of nanostructured carbon, and a layer (4) is made of dielectric material, and the thickness of layers is of 0.01…0.05 mm.
