Abstract

The invention relates to the microbiological industry and may be used in the medicine, pharmacology, veterinary and cosmetology.The summary of the invention consists in the fact that the obtained new yeast strain is cultivated on the nutritive medium containing mineral salts, melasses, glycerine and tomato marcs extract at the medium pH 3,5-8,0 and temperature 25-27oC.The strain is deposed in the Microorganisms National Collection of the Institute of the Microbiology of the Republic of Moldova number CNM-YS-01 .The technical result of the invention consists in the biomass synthesis increasing and in the biomass lipides increased containance.
