Abstract
The invention relates to medicine, in particular to aesthetic and plastic surgery, and may be used for abdominal lipodermoplasty with umbilical reposition in patients suffering from different degrees of obesity and progressive lipodysmorphy.According to the invention, the claimed method consists in that is performed the general anesthesia, is delimited under aseptic conditions the operative field, are infiltrated by layers the tissues in the supraumbilical, subumbilical region and on the right and the left wing with 2% lidocaine solution and adrenaline solution, then is performed an incision starting from the suprapubic region, covering the abdominal flanks, which is performed to the level of abdominal rectus and external oblique muscles aponeurosis, afterwards is exfoliated a cutaneous-adipose flap of the xifopubic region from the rectus and external oblique muscles aponeurosis, and in the inferior 1/3, in the suprapubic region during exfoliation is retained a conjunctive and adipose flap with the Thompson's fascia of a width of 3…10 cm, is excised the excess of the cutaneous-adipose flap and is formed another flap with the umbilical repositionl, then is performed the abdomen white line pexia with nonabsorbable sutures and/or with the use of a synthetic mesh, at the same time the cranial edge of the conjunctive and adipose flap with the Thompson's fascia is fixed from above to the cutaneous-adipose flap, and from below to the muscular aponeurosis of the abdominal wall, then is sutured the skin.
