Abstract

The invention relates to the electrical and electronic measuring technology and can be used for high-precision measurement of impedance components.The impedance meter comprises a signal generator (1), a resistor (2), connected with one pole to one output of the generator (1), two terminals (3, 4) for connecting the measured object, one (3) of which is connected to the second pole of the resistor (2), an impedance converter (5) with two outputs, two inputs for regulating the components of the reproduced impedance and a reference point, an amplifier (6), having one input connected to the terminal (3), two comparators (7, 8), having their inputs connected respectively to the output of the amplifier (6) and to the reference point of the converter (5), as well as a control unit (9) with two outputs, connected to the inputs of the converter (5), and two inputs, connected to the outputs of the comparators (7 and 8). One of the outputs of the converter (5) is connected to the terminal (4). The second output of the generator (1), the second input of the amplifier (6) and the second output of the converter (5) are connected to the common wire. Impedance meter also comprises a signal forming unit (10), having its input connected to the reference point of the converter (5), and the generator (1) is provided with an output voltage control input, to which is connected the output of the signal forming unit (10).
