Abstract

The invention relates to the microbiological engineering and may be used in the medicine, food, textile and tannary industries at the preparation of washing agents for the municipal economy and for sewage treatment. The summary of the invention consists in the preparation of the reaction mixture from the analysed solution, tributyrine and veronal buffer, pH 8,4, in the incubation of the prepared mixture at a temperature of no more than 47°C with further addition of 0,5 M KF solution as inhibitor, in the determination of the free fatty acids by the spectrophotometric method at the wave length of 540 nm. The calculation of the ferments lipolytic activity is made according the formula:wherein:LFŔ - lipolytic ferments activity;ODc. - optical density of control;ODan. - analysed solution optical density;t - incubation time, h;c - analysed solution concentration,mg/ml;v - analysed solution volume, ml;k - recalculation coefficient, equal to 10416 nM/s x g.The technical result of the invention consists in increasing the activity manifestation of the lipolytic enzymes.
