Abstract

Liniea grea a subrasei de găini [Avis] moldoveneşti “Gât-golaş“orientată pentru producţia carne-ouă, creată prin metodele de selecţie, potrivirea perechilor de găini cu gâtul gol din Basarabia, încrucişarea ulterioară a păsării de tipul dorit cu rasele New-Hampshire, Kucinskaia şi înmulţirea “în sine” a genotipurilor obţinute, este destinată aplicării în avicultura industrială şi gospodăriile auxiliare prin înmulţire atât în stare pură, cât şi în crosuri, are capul mic cu creasta simplă dinţată, piept bombat şi musculos, corp lung şi adânc, spinare dreaptă şi lată, penaj de culoare roşie rărit la piept şi abdomen, gât lung, fără pene până la guşă, cioc şi fluierele picioarelor de culoare galbenă-deschis, se caracterizează prin randament sporit de ouă, masa corpului mare, îmbrăcare în muşchi pronunţată, ouă măşcate, constituţie robustă, calităţi de reproducţie şi viabilitate înalte.În calitate de formă paternă se utilizează la încrucişare cu rasele producătoare de ouă (Leggorn alb) şi cu rasele producătoare de carne şi ouă (Sussex, Rhode Island Red, Australorp), în calitate de formă maternă la încrucişare cu rase şi linii producătoare de carne.
