Abstract
The invention relates to medicine, in particular to neurosurgery.The device for determining the craniotomic approach includes two rules (1, 2) graduated on both edges. On both edges of the rules (1, 2) are rigidly fixed teeth (3) with tapered profile, the teeth on one edge (3) being displaced relative of the teeth (3) on the opposite edge to half the width of the tooth (3). On one of the ends of each rule (1, 2) is rigidly fixed a plate (4, 5) for the positioning of the device in certain anatomic reference points of the skull. At the opposite ends, the rules (1, 2) are fixed at an angle with a mechanism, comprising two identical washers (6, 7), provided with a tooth with profile analogous to the teeth (3) of the rules (1, 2). On the washer (7) from the end of gradations are pivotally fixed with one end two plates (9, 10), and their opposite ends are fixed on the rules (1, 2) by means of screws (12) in through holes (13) through a through groove (11), made at the end of each plate (9, 10).
