Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к акушерству и может быть использовано для лечения внутриутробной бактериальной инфекции.Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что у беременных с внутриутробной бактериальной инфекцией проводят импульсное трансабдоминальное облучение проекции матки и плаценты инфракрасным лазером длиной волны 0,89 мкм с частотой импульсов 17 кГц по 5-7 мин. в течение 8-10 дней.Технический результат - нормализация реакций иммунологической неспецифической реактивности в амниотической жидкости.
