Изобретение относится к медицинской микробиологии, в частности, к средам для культивирования микроорганизмов и может найти применение в лабораторной практике для выделения стрептококков.Селективная среда содержит (г/л): ферментативный гидролизат эритроцитов крови человека - 18, экстракт кормовых дрожжей - 5,0, a-глютамин - 0,25, глюкозу - 2,5, хлористый натрий - 3,0, натрий уксуснокислый - 1,0, натрий фосфорнокислый двухзамещенный - 7,25, нафталидентиосемикарбазидатопиридинмедь - 0,0008-0,002 и дистиллированную воду - остальное.Технический результат состоит в повышении селективности питательной среды.
