Abstract

The invention relates to the mechanical transportation means equipment, improving of the road safety and to the processes of its manufacturing. The filter comprises a transparent base and the material working layer reducing the luminous flux which is applied into the left part of the filter having a thickness that ensures to reduce with 10-15 times the luminous flux into the eye maximum sensitiveness region and is made of the material with the absorbtion limit of 590-620 nm with the lengths ratio of the sections covered with a working layer to the transparent one on the upper edge of the filter from 3:1 to 4:1 and the limit between the dusted and transparent sections is made in the form of a graded junction from the coloured to the colourless state and passes under an angle of 45-60°C to the vertical. The said antiblinding filter is made by means of vacuum thermal deposition on the transparent base of the working layer material. The deposition is realized on the continuous moving base, periodically controlling the condensate distribution along the base length interrupting temporarily after lach deposition of the working layer the molecular flux constituting 1/3-1/4 of deposition time after that the base is cut in the middle of the dusted and transparent sections. The technical result of the invention consists in decreasing the transport movement accident rate by reducing the blindness cases of drivers by the transport coming from the opposite direction and the blindness in the eye maximum spectral sensitiveness region.
