Abstract
The invention relates to the field of communication facilities, in particular to the field of providing taxi services.The device for calling a taxi comprises a microcontroller (1), which includes a device operation control means (2), a subscriber telephone number storage means (3), a visual information storage means (6), an audio information storage means (5), an electronic text message reading means (7). To the inputs-outputs of the microcontroller (1) are connected a device operation activation means (15), a loudspeaker means (10), a visual information means (16) and a wireless telephone communication means (8). As a means (8) is used an electronic wireless telephone communication module (11), which comprises an electronic dialing means (12), a voice-message receiving and transmitting means (13), a text message receiving means (14). To the inputs-outputs of the electronic wireless telephone communication module (11) are connected the microphone (9) and the loudspeaker means (10).The process for calling a taxi consists in that it is established the wireless telephone communication of the taxi calling device, located in a public area of a settlement, with the control centre, are transmitted the voice messages between the taxi customer and the dispatch operator, is established the dispatch operator's connection with the driver of the nearest free taxi and are transmitted the voice messages between the taxi customer and the taxi driver.
