Abstract

The method of obtaining of N[2-(4-fluorene phenyl 1-methyl]ethyl-Nmethyl-N-propinelamine's. The invention relates to amines, namely to the proceeding of obtaining N[2-(4-fluorenephenyl 1-methyl]ethyl-N-methyl-N-propinelamine's or of the admissible salts in pharmacology under the form of racemase or of the optic activ isomer which possess a antidepressing activity that may be used in medicine. The aim of the invention consist of obtaining the new compounds that are more active from this class. The synthesis is performed through reaction p-fluorenephenylacetone with amine, with the formula HNR, R2, where R1, 1H or propynil, R21H or methyl. Ketynine or oximine that are obtained are reduced in the case if R11H, it is propinelat and if R21H, it is methyliat. The final product are obtained under the form of a free base or of a pharmacologic salt admissed as a recemase or a activ optic isomer. The researches show that the new compounds are selected inhibitive very active of monoaminoxidore of B type and absorption inhibitive of tiraamines and biogen amines.
